I called these guys for a quote on a heater cite replacement for my dodge ram, and Thomas told me “if your truck is not in our system, then I am unable to give you a quote” He then asked me if I was smelling coolant or having intermittent heat and I said plainly, I am not looking for a diagnosis, I’m looking for a quote to replace my heater cote. Immediately I was spoken at as though I was wasting their time (45 seconds into the call ) and was told they had other customers that they had “verified” needed work and that they would not “entertain” the job I requested. I asked if I took the time to drive to them so they could verify that I in fact needed the work I requested if I could then get a quote? And they hung up on me. Perfect example of the way a business should not be run. Good luck in life treating people like their business is beneath you.

I bought a used 2018 Fiord F150 that was running a little rough. I took it to Elite Fleet and they diagnosed several problems that were necessary to get the vehicle to perform like new. I was impressed with the thoroughness of their estimate and with their help I had the flexibility to decide what needed to be done immediately and what services I could have completed over time. Everything in the quote was detailed in a way that was understandable by the lay person. Elite Fleet did a killer job on my 2018 f150. Took it in for a new water pump and they did a full inspection and found lots of things wrong. They sent me photos and videos, very trust worthy and great guys to work with. Definitely recommend. We use them for all our work trucks as well. Always fast and they show they care.

Very impressed w Elite. Got me in quickly, gave the most detailed quote I've ever seen. It covered the issue I was having as well as every single thing that needed work on my truck. In that quote were various pricing options from the fix all price to the get running again price w many options in-between. As to the repair, it was excellent. I was out of there in under 24 hours, start to finish. Would definitely recommend.

After trying (and failing) to schedule with the dealership, I decided to take my Ford Bronco into Elite Fleet. They did a fantastic job and identified and dealt with a problem we weren’t expecting at a very reasonable price. The office was very busy with many technicians working all day but they were never too busy to pick up the phone, call me for updates, and even help another customer put her bicycle into her car for her. Nate was able to solve two electrical issues for me, one unique one that I've been struggling with for over 3 years that multiple other shops and two Ford dealerships couldn't figure out. He got me into the shop really quickly and out the same day. His willingness to dig in and diagnose the issue was something I have never experienced at any other shop. Best auto mechanic in Bend! I have been horrified by some of the customer service I have received at auto shops in my years and especially these last couple years. ESP corporate.. It’s confusing.
