This place is like a hidden gem. I called on Tuesday afternoon around 3:15 to see if they could squeeze me in for a few DOT repairs. Rick said sure come on down. Upon arriving I could tell this shop is super busy. None the less I found Frank working and told him I was the one Rick told to come on in. They got to looking at the items I needed resolved and found my rear brakes were close to being out of compliance. When I say close I mean close. None the less I decided to go ahead and have all 4 drums and linings replaced on the rear and the pads on the front replaced. They gave me an honest price due to I have upgraded brakes and etc. While changing the rear they determined one of my slack adjusters was inoperable and also a brake chamber was bad (not leaking) apparently spring inside was not working properly. Again I opted to have all 4 brake chambers replaced. They also found front rotors were not in good shape. Opted to have those replaced as well. I've been to many shops over the years and these folks worked til 2 am on Wednesday morning and had to finish on Wednesday afternoon only because the parts warehouse was closed. They informed me of everything they were doing and actually showed me the issue opposed to just saying this is broke and this needs replaced. Also allowed to kind of watch and answered questions along the way. So I know this has been long. However thes guys (Rick, Fred and Louis) are top notch. Anytime I need work and I can get to Louisville. This will be my go to shop. Hands down best experience ever at a shop. Thank you all for everything

Awesome people with extremely affordable pricing. My truck went into limp mode off of the interstate exit ramp in Louisville. Elite R drove to Freightliner in Jeffersonville, IN, picked up the part I needed and came out, installed it, and cleared my fault codes. I was up and running in no time. The mechanic was extremely knowledgeable about my Freightliner. I highly recommend them, especially if you have a breakdown.

THEY ARE THE BEST. I suspect it's a one man show but I'm not sure. I didn't catch his name but the guy who came was very knowledgeable. You can always tell who knows trucks and who's just a parts changer. He figured out my problem in five minutes and I was on the road in no time. Seriously great, cannot recommend highly enough.

I broke down just, leak in radiator, just outside Lousville, Ky. Called the shop and spoke to Ms Krissy. They got me in the shop straight away and customer service was above and beyond. Since then I have brought my truck back for other service, and again, same great experience. Family run shop which is a plus as I like to support small businesses. Ms Krissy does the billing/parts order/business aspect and her husband, Mr Rick handles technical/shop side of things. Their tech, Richard, replaced the radiator and did an excellent job. Since then I have brought my truck back for other repairs and will be back again! Thank you Ms Krissy, Rick and Richard for great service on my truck. Very reasonable and fair charges as well! If you are pulling a trailer as I was when I broke down, they have a place to park your trailer till you get your repairs done, which is a plus!

These guys and gals are fantastic! I randomly popped into this place after some issues I started having and they immediately hooked me up to the computer and found out what was wrong. I ended up leaving the truck for about a week, but that was enough time to get the parts I needed and it was a done deal. Luckily didn't end up costing as much as we all suspected it may cost, overall I am very happy with this shop. Very honest and friendly staff and very reasonable prices, if you're in Louisville and need work done to your truck or vehicle I highly recommend Elite R Fleet, you won't be disappointed!! I will be using these guys again no question....✌🏻

The worst road service to call when you are on a breakdown. They keep saying they are on the way but never show up even in 5 hours. Never answer the phone and sometimes might call you back saying they are on their way. I would have walked those 9 miles in 5 hours, IDK why they keep saying they are coming when they never want to do a service for you
