Went in for an oil change and left after addressing additional items that needed getting done. Good value for what I paid. The other thing I noted was the Manager of the location, Donah working directly with her team and everyone verbally communicating as they worked through the various tasks being done. It was clear she had clear command and control of her team, moral seemed high and it was a very positive experience. Very professional.

Cortez was very welcoming!!! Pulled around to get my tires checked & his boss sent him out to scan me in. I told him I’m only here to get my tires aired up & he was quick with it! Absolutely fabulous crew. Very educated and experienced. Came in , to get a new battery installed. Price was competitive with everybody else so that was not a problem but everywhere else I went quoted an hour and a half to an hour and 40 minutes to install the battery. I want to give a super shout out to Jackson who did the labor and to the CSR Darrell Who supervised this was done at 6110 Shepardsville Rd., Louisville, KY 40228. Was very impressed by the skills Jackson had. Also, Old battery was removed and new Battery installed in 35 minutes. Very professional work very good quality. Will use the store from now on.

I don't recommend. They don't know anything. Issue in 2 of my work car, and they said. " wasn't us" just take the money without responsibility. They need workers with more knowledge and responsibility. Better go a dealer for $10 more

My HHR had 17 year old antifreeze and I took it to Valvoline for a flush and fill. I pulled right in and they took my information and started to work in minutes. Staff was professional and prompt. My car was hooked to a pump and all my old was removed and new was installed. I was out in 19 minutes with brand new antifreeze. Price was reasonable and worth me not having to spend a few hours doing it myself.
