My car has been there for 6 months waiting on an engine finally we're at the day where my engine is in my car and they tried to scam me twice now. Told me my battery was dead and couldn't hold a charge. I took the battery to autozone and it's fine nothing wrong with it. Tried to scam me for $270. Now they're trying to say my starter is messed up when I literally had my mechanic look over it and the starter had no problems before I dropped it off trying to scam me now for $550. It's BS I will be reporting this. Go somewhere else.

I've been spoiled by the service at Audi, so dealing with the Lincoln department has been a bit disappointing each time. We need a loaner, yet they never seem to have one available. We even waited three weeks, and now, over a month later, we're still waiting for a return call to bring in the car with a loaner. Getting in touch with someone there is challenging, and even when we do take the Lincoln in and mention additional issues, they often go unaddressed—only the primary issue gets handled. When you spend over $125,000 on a car, you expect better service. I really wish Ford Oxmoor continued servicing this car.

Took my truck in to get an oil change and inspection. With the inspection you get a tire rotation. When they were done with everything they called and asked if I want anything else. Told me what they require at my milage. I told them I would like a tire balance and alignment. Getting ready to go on a long road trip. I go to pick up the truck was getting charged with tire rotation with the inspection and also getting charged $70 for the tire rotation and balance. After I payed they bring your vehicle to you as you sit in the waiting room. Well they pul l up the truck on the other side of a semi truck with trailer so I didn't see it. Sat their for 30 mins waiting since they didn't say anything.

They were really great about being communicative (and timely with communication), friendly, and were honest about the work needed and how long it would take to be done. They did check to see if CarShield would work with what I needed (some places won't accept it). While most auto work is pricey, and it still was for me this past time, it still ended up at least being cheaper than expected. My car was kept clean, and they did successfully fix the issue.

I called two weeks ahead of time and made an appointment for a recall repair. I was warned that the repair would take a week. I brought my care on the appointment date. One week later, I called to inquire and was told that: 1. The repair would take a part they did not have. 2. They had not yet ordered the part, after having the vehicle for a week and three weeks after I had made my original appointment for the repair. 3. They do not provide loaners even for recalls where Ford has authorized them (See edit below). 4. None of this was communicated to me until I called them after a week without my vehicle. Update: The dealership called me back and is supplying a rental until the recall repair work is done. I will update this review further based on the recall repair promptness and work quality. Second update: The vehicle was returned to me 12 days after dropping it off. It looks good and the recall repair was done very professionally. I have mixed feelings about my experience. Definitely make sure they have the necessary parts before dropping off your car for a scheduled recall repair. Final update: A month later, I discovered that they had not done any work on my car, and had left me with the impression that recall work was complete by telling me that my car was "ready for pickup." I experienced this establishment as disorganized and deceptive, and would not patronize it again for any kind of service work.

As im saying this i literally have tears in my eyes. We recently had our car fixed there and just got it back today. A guy by the name of Charles H is who my fiance had interactions with. First we was told that it would be $1400 taxes included and after it was fixed the total was almost 300 dollars more and he swears he never said it was gonna be $1400. And secondly we also had a door handle that wouldn't open on outside and this same man said I can fix that no problem it will be $75 for the part and $50 for labor. We got our invoice back today and he charged $500 for the door handle and swears he never said $125. This is so frustrating we have been saving for our wedding for a year and now we are back at 0 and honestly I feel like the man Charles seen my fiance coming from a mile a way and played him. YES the car is fixed but you cannot lie to people like this and play them i will never suggest this place to anyone.

Service center is a joke. On 1-12-2023 went in for my new 2023 f-150 XLT with a missing part. Yes missing part from a truck with 5 miles on it sold. Thought be a eassy fix. They said it should be there with in 2 weeks. HERE I AM 3 WEEKS LATER ( 2-3-2023)AND NO PART ORDERED! 36000 BUMPER TO BUMPER MY A$$. Will never buy from them again TODAY they emergency order to have it on monday. I have ZERO Confidents that it will be in. Missing latch to pull so I can get to my jack if I have a flat tire. Would not recommend this ford to anyone.

I can't say enough about the level of service these guys provide. My service advisor Daniel Embury is amazing at what he does. Does he always have the best answer? No, but the outcome is always favorable. I do understand that some things are out of his control. I do know for a fact that he does give 1000% effort to satisfy his customers and I can definitely live with that. Always a happy customer!!!

So I made an appointment for the "Fast Lane" service to get an oil change, tire rotation etc. I showed up promptly at 10 am and the l asked the lady at the desk how long it would take, "About an hour or 1 1/2"? I asked. "Yes, that sounds about right" she said. Went across the street to the McDonalds and came back at 11:45 am only to find that they had not even brought it back for service! The man who was now behind the counter started talking about all the work they have to do. My point is this: They sent me text messages and emails all week so as not to let me stand them up. What they should have done is let me know they couldn't honor the appointed time, or better yet, not accept anybody and everybody thereby making the appointment process worthless. So off to Jiffy Lube I go. I will not return. And just to show that Google reviews don't lie, I see now they have a 3.6 rating. Figures.

Worst service ever! Let me say, maybe we were spoiled as our last car was a Mercedes and their service department was exceptional. Bill Collins does not even come close. Unfortunately, this is our only local option for service on our Lincoln Aviator in this area. I’m not sure why they have a phone because no one ever answers. The first time I had to have service I had to wait a month to schedule. Then, once I did schedule I was told I had to bring the car in early in the week so I wouldn’t have a loaner over the weekend. Well, they had my car for over week. So I guess having it over a weekend isn’t actually a problem after all. When I called to get an update, that’s impossible because no one answers the phone. So you just have to wait it out. Finally, I’m told they need to order a part and I can pick up my car and wait until the part comes in. Again, I can’t check on it because, you know, no one answers the phone. Eventually I’m contacted to let me know the part is in. I go to drop it off… no loaner car available. Are you kidding me! So now I have to schedule 2 months out again. Ultimately, after some heated conversations with the service department we were able to get a loaner sooner and now my car is in the shop and I have a loaner for who knows how long. Again, I am at their mercy for communication because, again, no one answers the phone. Once my car is out of warranty I will never return!!

Called and made an appointment to get my Accessory Protocol Interface Module on my Mustang diagnosed. Specifically told the individual on the phone that I needed my car diagnosed in two days because those are the only days I have off of work. Called on the second day in the evening for an update and was told that they hadn’t even touched my car, what a joke. On my way now to pick up my car because they are liars and will tell you anything just to get your business because all the guys writing up the tickets in there work off of commission. Save yourself the wasted time and go somewhere else that’s honest.

customer service at it's worst. Communication at it's worst. The work at it's worst. the accountability at it's worst. This was my 3rd time at Bill Collins and now it's 3 strikes and you're out. I will never step foot in this place again. Here's what should have been fixed due to their negligence, but no one wants to take responsibility. Nice job of losing a customers and getting this GREAT review

Edit. Well I got my car back but it’s like it was when I dropped it off as far as the clean. They did some work and I would expect them to clean the pieces out they left but no there was plastic pieces in my cup holder. Glue black substance on the bottom it I’m assuming it was to put the moon roof in but it should have been removed out after the work not left for the customer to find. I know George had no fault at this so I’ll leave the 5 stars ✨. But I would of loved to at least have my car cleaned out after 2 weeks of it being in the service that was my last request 🥹 George was very helpful throughout the whole process he has that customer service voice that just makes things go well.i do appreciate the up to date calls and when I dropped the car off he was literally taking any of my concerns very seriously and I have never felt so taking care of at a Lincoln dealership before thanks and I am excited to get my car back 🚘😄
