I’m so grateful to Probilt and their team! I was in Louisville from Massachusetts visiting my daughter. Her car needed some work so we went to Probilt on the advice of a local business owner. Probilt took us in, did a full assessment, identified immediate issues, and got us taken care of the very next day while I was in town. I just moved to Louisville and needed to find a new auto place. My dad has always worked on my vehicles so when I told him about my first phone call with Dan, he told me he liked him, I knew I didn’t want to call around anymore. I had originally called Probilt for an estimate on my suspension. Instead of giving me an estimate, Dan suggested I bring my truck in so he isn’t blindly giving me a price when he hasn’t seen my truck yet. Fair. He did the work he needed to to get the truck running properly again, then provided me a document with all the suggestions of the work that needed to be done. Fair prices and all around just very thorough. Being a female and going to an auto shop, you never know how you’ll get treated. The Probilt team was wonderful. My truck runs better than when I first bought it! I will definitely be back.

My family had just arrived home from a trip and my car started sending warning messages about oil pressure as we were driving home from the airport. We pulled into the Probilt parking lot because it was the closest repair shop and it ended up being the best decision we could have made! Friendly customer service, but when a customer calls to ensure height requirements of your shop will work with the vehicle being serviced and you say yes, 10' tall is fine... Then call me 1 hour later stating you are unable to perform services due to height, it tends to make customers angry for wasting their day. Hopefully this will prevent future misinformation🫡

Car repairs are expensive, and the mechanic was straight up with me on what is priority and what can wait when I couldn’t afford the original estimate. It seems like the shop is under new management/ownership. The people were polite - that’s all I can say. Took forever for a courtesy inspection I didn’t ask for. The car went in for starting / stalling issues - I heard nothing about the alternator or starter. They checked seemingly everything but what I needed, and were more than happy to recommend $2300 worth of work that didn’t address my original problem. This isn’t the shop it was.
