Glass America came when the other place I called had rescheduled because of the weather. Im glad Glass America came through. I don't know why there is only 1 review and they only have 1 star because the work they did was amazing, regardless of the weather. I would recommend 10/10. I got a quote from safelite the other day for about 400 bucks for the whole front windshield. Glass America only charged around 185 and that's still with them coming to my house!!!! This company deserves more praise! That's why I'm here writing a review right now. Thank you Glass America for doing an awesome job. I would post the employees name who fixed my windshield, but I had to leave for work so I wasn't able to ask. I'm just glad you guys came through and for a cheap fair price. Thank you. :)

Scheduled an appointment, they didn't have everything needed, had taken off work to have windshield installed. I had to order parts they needed. Rescheduled for weekend, they set it up but then sent a message that they were on their way on Friday while I was at work. Called them, they RESCHEDULED AGAIN for Saturday, then somebody calls and says they can't do THAT car on weekends.... Would not recommend these unprofessional people AT ALL!

I had a significant crack in the center of my windshield of my recently purchased Range Rover. The technician did not arrive on time, and used the hood to keep his tools as he attempted to replace my window. Leaving smudge and grease across the paint. Upon installing the replacement, the seal was not fit properly to the edges at all, and the camera on the rear view mirror has not worked at all since. Now I have to have my new window replaced. Call anyone but these lazy, inept technicians.

Whatever you do, don't take your vehicle to these people to get your windshield fixed if you have cameras behind the rear view mirror! They replaced mine and they messed up my cameras for all my function's like blind spot indicator and so on. I call them and they look at it just to tell me they can’t help me after they break it. Oh and did I mention they put the wrong windshield in my vehicle! Terrible service from the Lexington location!

His professionalism was 10/10 he kindly cleaned the glass from a break-in during which he was very time efficient. Chris also has a great sense of humor and he didn’t know this however I truly needed that laugh that day. Thank you for being kind and caring!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience! The service was prompt, the technician Christopher was incredible and it was less expensive than I expected. This was by far the easiest auto company I’ve ever worked with. Hopefully I don’t have to have my window replaced again, but if I do, I know exactly who I’m calling.
