As soon as i pulled up with my transmission pretty much dead.. I noticed a couple of vehicles that were ready for pickup. I inquired what the problems were for those vehicles.. and low and behold.. the transmission. I was sold at that point honestly.. The drop off process was less than 5 minutes and they also provided me with a loaner. My subpar warranty company didnt approve my claim and Pro Auto worked with me and provided multiple options for payment. I must say, they are more user friendly than the actual dealerahip. My vehicle actually shifts smoother now than it did with the original OEM trans.. These folks are great. All in all, i'm glad my vehicle died right around the corner from this particular shop.

This place is amazing. I have never needed any real “repairs” on my car until now, and found this shop on Google because of their good reviews. I came in on a Wednesday afternoon with some weird issues, unsure what was even wrong with my car, with having military duty on Friday and being pressed for time - and they identified the issue and had it fixed Thursday night. Not only did they do the job correctly, but while I had to leave my car overnight, they took me home (for free), and picked me up the next day when the car was ready (for free). Never heard of a shop doing that! And the quote I got before the work was completed matched the bill exactly once the job was done. There were no surprises or “we also discovered this and went ahead and fixed this as well.” Communication was great, and although they are expensive, you are paying for quality and excellent service! Their availability was great and I feel like they were able to get me a quick turnaround on my car too which I greatly appreciated. Thank you Don, Will, and Jesse!

Highly recommend Pro Auto Care in Jtown. I brought my car in at 7:30 am for an oil change and was greeted by smiling faces and outstanding hospitality from all staff. Not a single staff member walked by without asking if I needed something, offering refreshments, telling me to make myself at home in the lobby, etc. No joke, they even asked me if I wanted anything from the coffee shop as they were placing their orders. I can’t say enough about their unmatched customer service! They got my vehicle in and out in a timely manner and their service pricing was fair. Will definitely be returning for any and all auto care needs!

Pro Auto did a great job on my car. However, I'm only giving 3 stars because I used a SNAP loan and wasn't informed that it had to be repaid within 100 days, or I'd face a 100% interest rate. I've since paid off the loan but am now paying over $1000 due to the interest, even though the brakes only cost $580.

Everyone at pro auto was great! Will was primarily in charge of my repairs and was very communicative every step of the way. He was very honest with what services were recommended versus necessary to get done, and how quickly they could accomplish it all— which was all incredibly fast!! I wish there was a rating higher than 5 stars because this business certainly deserves it. I stopped by to inquire about an appointment for a repair on my 2024 Lincoln Nautilus and they were able to do it right away. The service writer Will was as nice a guy as you would ever want to meet and really cared about making sure my repair was done right. The shop and waiting room had been updated from the previous owner and was clean and welcoming. Plus the parking lot had been repaved. Mike, the mechanic who worked on my car did a great job on a difficult repair and completed everything to my satisfaction. They also have a quality assurance and safety check of the vehicle before it leaves their shop plus they do little things like vacuuming the interior to insure it's just as clean or cleaner than when the got it. I was very impressed with all the staff I met there. This is a well run quality shop that I'm glad I found. They have a customer for life.
