The person who did my estimate was friendly, efficient and thorough. However, the front desk staff was a lot less friendly in person and over the phone. I was told to call and schedule a day to bring my car in if I was okay with the estimate. When I called to do that, I was put on hold for over 10 minutes and no one picked up. I called again the day after and was then told to email my estimate to them and they would call me back to schedule a day to bring my car in. I asked if it was possible for them to pull up the estimate since they were the ones who gave me the estimate. It took Addison, the person who picked up the phone, about 5 seconds to pull my estimate up - so why ask me to email it to them? She then told me that the earliest day I could bring my car in was one month later and it would take 4 weeks to replace my back bumper and taillight. Not only was the process of emailing my estimate to them in order to schedule a day backwards, Addison was dismissive, unfriendly and borderline rude. I was able to get my car to another body shop within 1 week, got it fixed it 4 days and paid $1300 less.

Amazing work. Tesla owners have a limited supply of choices with body shops. Only 2 in Louisville. The second shop had no openings for months but Oxmoor squeezed me in within a week and got me going. There was a terrible back order with Tesla parts but Justin stayed after it and got the parts expedited from other sources. He remained patient with me as a frantic, impatient car owner in a vulnerable spot. He put me at ease and kept me updated. Car is good as new and looks immaculate. If you own a Tesla, you WILL NOT be disappointed with Oxmoor CC’s service which is much appreciated at such a difficult time.

Let me start with the positive and say they fixed many of these problems after I got it back and Shelley was fantastic to work with. However, when I got the truck back I was extremely disappointed. I had a side repair done after a deer ran into the side of it. The door wouldn't lock or open when I got it home(fixed), the rear window was hitting a cable (fixed) everytime it was rolled down. Tons of scratches on material inside (mostly all fixed that was even worth dealing with). Scarthes on the outside fender flares (fixed) and lots of small bubbles? in paint ( paint does come with a lifetime warranty so thats good) If all of these things I see on the outside, I don't even want to know the inside even though many of it didn't work when I got it back. Again I only give 2 stars because of Shelley apologized about everything and got right to getting it fixed (she gets a 5 star)

Matt went above and beyond when I brought in my 7 week old Tesla that was hit by a rock on the same day a car wash got scratches all over the hood. He took his time explaining what can be done, what options I had both short and long term. Short term he touched up the dents and buffed out the scratches. I will be using them to go the long term route. They are an approved Tesla Body Shop. Thank you Matt!

Excellent. Took my truck In for some body work. Got everything done fairly quick and truck looked excellent. Even cleaned the floormats for me. Excellent paint and body work. Very pleased! Edit. Went from a 5 to 4 only because I had to go back after I realized the underneath portion of my door was taped off and never completely painted. But they got me back in and took care of it. Update. After taking my truck back for a 3rd time. I finally got a chance to wash my truck up on a nice day and I see nothing but swirl marks where they had to correct the paint work 2x. I have no swirl marks anywhere on my truck but here now. At this point this is a 4th visit to the shop. Im not pleased at all with my services here at this point.

In July 2025, my 2019 Toyota Camry was involved in a fender bender. I took it to Oxmoor Toyota Collision Center for the repairs, and I’m so glad that I did!! James was assigned as my Estimator, and he did a PHENOMENAL JOB working with me, explaining the process, managing my expectations, and coordinating the needed repairs with his repair crew in the garage. James was pleasant and courteous throughout the entire process, and he went above and beyond to make the ordeal a lot less stressful for me. We worked with James Constant, and he was so easy to work with, helpful, knowledgeable, and informative. Our Tesla was in a bad crash and we had taken to Tesla in Cincinnati to begin with. We were not satisfied with their customer service or performance and asked for a second estimate. It was very close to a total loss and there were many obvious items not on the estimate. This was the closest Tesla certified repair shop so we had it towed here. We knew there was much more damage than what had been previously estimated, but there was close to $9000 more. This resulted in a total of our vehicle. Oxmoor didn’t fix the vehicle but James was excellent in walking me through what was damaged, keeping me informed, explaining why they added what they added etc. the car ended up being totaled, but this customer service was top tier. I highly recommend them if you need an honest evaluation. We will definitely start here if there is ever another need. We recommend 10/10!

I have no idea how my experience with Oxmoor Collision could have been better. I was very fortunate to meet Shelley Key who was able to walk me through the entire process, assure me that things would be done properly with the correct parts and repairs and keep me informed along the way. She was awesome! Oxmoor Collision carried through on every promise and made sure that I was satisfied with the final product, repairing my door, bumper and radar systems back to original. You all get 10 Stars and the repeat business ( if I need it ). Don’t go any where else!

My golden retriever puppy who is only a few months old got excited and jumped on my mom's brand spanking new toyota. Needless to say it scratched the crap out of her driver side door. I was instantly sick at my stomach, and lost plenty of sleep over it that night. The scratches were awful and did not look like an easy fix. I called Toyota and they said to call the Oxmoor Collision Center on electron Drive in Louisville. Wow, I'm glad I did! I spoke with Shelly. She was so super nice. She told me to have my mom come by with her car so they can see what will need to be done. Shelly recommended that my mom swing by sometime between 9:00 and 10:00 today so they can look at her car. I want you to know that my mom was out of there by 10:00 with her car completely repaired!!!! All I can say is they worked some magic to get those scratches out of that car that quick. I am so impressed with them. My mom is ecstatic that her car is fixed. I have already referred my boss to them because of how great they were. I highly recommend Oxmoor Collision. I will definitely be bringing my future vehicles that need paint or body work done to them. Thanks so much Shelly, you set the standard for how customer service should be handled!

Very disappointing experience. While the staff were professional and polite during in-person and phone conversations, the actual service did not meet expectations. There were significant delays in obtaining parts, which took several weeks. The insurance approval process was also delayed, extending the overall repair timeline to nearly two months. Due to these delays, I had to pay approximately $1,200 out of pocket for a rental car, which was very frustrating. After the repairs were completed, I noticed abnormal noise while driving the vehicle. When I reported this issue, I was asked to leave the car again for a couple of days, causing further inconvenience. Overall, I am not satisfied with the quality of service or the repair outcome. Based on my experience, it seems this collision center may not be well equipped to properly support all makes and models. I would not recommend this collision center.

Honestly, the best service you could ask for. They fixed my Tesla quickly and professionally. Miles Rucker was extremely professional and handle everything extremely well.
