Had them install a water pump and timing belt when they told me the van was ready I paid them and when I tried to start the car it would sound like it's running on 1 cylinder. Left it 5 more days. When I started my van up to leave it was running fair drove the van 4 miles had to take it back because it run fair but not even close to right. I talked to the owner and he said it needed a new crank sensor they said they installed. Now it's been there 3 weeks and the new word was needed 2 new sensors. So I went there in person and the owner told me the problem now was it needed a new LOST MOTION ASSEMBLY. So he wanted $150 deposit on the part and he would order it. I told him I would go to Honda and get it. When I get to Honda they told me that the part I was showing them did not go to a 2002 Honda odyssey. So they were just trying to get more money out of me. I recorded the conversation with the owner. Now I've been trying to get them to put my honda back together so I can take it else where but they haven't yet

Our son lives in Louisville for school. He is driving our older enclave. We have used this business three times and have been extremely satisfied. It's hard to trust that our child isn't being taken advantage of when so far from home. He has had all three service issues dealt with and each time Mark took care of him. been taking my vehicles here for 11 years since i moved back to Louisville for college. the gentlemen working at Auto Research are always kind and professional. there have been a few times i was in a rough spot and they didn’t even know it (or maybe they knew by my terrible car haha) but they gave me very reasonable prices compared to any other shop i’ve been to and it has been the difference between paying rent and not some times. a single woman on her own doesn’t have to worry about getting ripped off coming here.

Great auto repair shop. Mark and Craig are excellent master mechanics. I took my Dodge Journey to someone else (another shop)to replace my head gasket and the other shop messed it up more. I found Auto Research on Google took my truck there. Mark and Craig was able to fix my Dodge Journey at an affordable price. My truck runs like a brand new truck. I am so thankful I found their shop. As a woman it is hard to find a shop that you can trust. I am a forever customer now. Thank you Mark and Craig you are more than just a mechanic you both are someone I trust

I wouldn't want to take my car anywhere else. They diagnose the problem, get it fixed and get your car back to you fast. They were recommended to me by a friend who has been coming here for years and I'm really glad I took her advice. They have saved me a ton of money versus going to the dealership or another shop. I also appreciate the fact that they don't talk down to their customers or try to upsell you on every random thing like some places.
