3 hours for a oil change then then i needed my head lights replaced and they replaced one so they had to take the car back. He offered a new filter and now when i turn on my ac it makes noises and i even arrived early. I also mentioned a knocking noise in the back of my car and he said yeah that’s what happened to these cars instead of trying to tell me what it is and then said it will be 3-5 days which is long for my car to be in the shop and they never have loaner cars or any other similar services

My son bought a Chevy Blazer from Bob Hook, he has only taken it to them for service. 2 months ago he started having transmission issues so he took it in. After calling several times leaving messages I called the salesman to have the service department tell us he could pick it up. They said drive it and we'll call to have it brought in and fixed in 3-6 weeks. The Blazer now has engine light on and transmission is totally out. They haven't done the first thing to make it right!!! No service loaner, no nothing. If I could give them negative stars they would get it!!!

Brought it here for an overpriced oil change. Left with my drain plug rounded off. Called to have the issue resolved, and was told to “prove it was them” . Save yourself the aggravation and bring your truck somewhere else.

I’m extremely disappointed in the level of service I received. I dropped my car off expecting it to be looked at within a few days, as I was told. A full week passed before I was contacted — only to receive a very high repair estimate, along with a charge for diagnostics. Due to the delay and lack of communication, I ended up spending a significant amount of money on a rental car while my vehicle sat untouched. I’ve been a loyal Chevy owner for over a decade, and this experience has made me question the reliability and transparency of this service center. I took my car elsewhere for a second opinion and will be very cautious moving forward when choosing where to service my vehicle.

John was my service person I felt he rude, they couldn't get a technician to look at my vehicle for 1-2 days. When I said I was coming to pick up my car suddenly a technician was available I usually go to Bachman Chevrolet they could not get me in before I had to go out of town. The service was terrible, I really think they thought they could take advantage of me. I will never go to Bob Hook Chevrolet again!

Disappointed with Service, Misleading "Advantage Plan," and Still Awaiting Refund I recently brought my vehicle to Bob Hook Chevrolet Service and was quite disappointed with the overall experience, primarily due to a significant lack of customer service and what feels like a deliberate misrepresentation of their "Bob Hook Advantage Plan." When I purchased my vehicle in March 2024, the Advantage Plan was touted as offering "free oil changes for 2 years with no stipulations." This was a major selling point for me, and my original paperwork from that time clearly reflects this understanding. However, when I went to schedule my second oil change within the first year, I was explicitly told by the service department that the plan only allows for two free oil changes total—essentially one per year. This is a stark contradiction to what was initially communicated and what "free oil changes for 2 years" implies. To make matters worse, I've since seen new marketing material that now clearly outlines only two oil changes as part of the plan. This makes me feel incredibly misled, as my original paperwork from March 2024 does not have this crucial stipulation. It truly feels like a bait-and-switch where the terms have been quietly changed after my purchase. Beyond this, the general customer service was severely lacking. There was a noticeable disinterest in addressing my concerns about the Advantage Plan, and the staff seemed more focused on getting me out the door than on providing a helpful and transparent experience. To top it off, I'm currently waiting on my refund regarding this issue, which has only added to my frustration. I chose Bob Hook Chevrolet hoping for reliable service and an honest business relationship, but this experience has left me feeling misled, undervalued as a customer, and completely dissatisfied. I sincerely hope they will rectify their Advantage Plan benefits more accurately in the future and significantly improve their customer service approach.

My car was there for nearly a week when I called to check on the status. I was informed that it may take an additional two weeks before anything was even determined. I understand that this is a busy, fast-paced industry, but that's just unacceptable. The issue was actually a simple, quick fix. It was just a broken electrode on a spark plug. It should never take 3 weeks to diagnose something so simple. I'm actually glad that things worked out the way they did because it probably saved me several hundred dollars to replace a spark plug. Anyway, if you guys really care about customer satisfaction, you should probably prioritize people who drop their cars off as much as people who are there waiting. And if it really does take three weeks to get a vehicle looked at, you should probably consider opening up another shop and hiring more technicians. I hate to be so bold, and I'm not trying to be rude, but that's just the way it is. Bring back that good, old-fashioned customer service where automotive technicians actually want to please the customer instead of acting like the customer owes them, and you guys would probably make out better. Thanks.

From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and incredibly friendly. Kevin took great care of me. I left 4 Stars only because communication could be a little better. (In fairness, Im a little anxious when it comes to my car). Overall, they did a great job. There was a mishap with my roof while my car was there,, but they didnt hesitate to take responsibility and get me squared away. I'll definitely continue to use this service center as my go to.

I took my vehicle to be repaired after GM had a failed over the air update causing issues with my infotainment system. After almost 2 days of having my truck there was still no resolve and no hope in sight that it would be. No Direction was given for aftercare or customer service. I had always revered Bob Hook as the best in our town when it came to service but this has definitely changed my view.

I bought a 2025 Silverado and have scheduled the first two oil changes at Bob Hook. The first oil change, with an appointment, took over an hour. The second appointment was for an oil change and tire rotation. After 1.5 hours I asked the status of the work. The advisor told me they forgot about it and will pull it into the shop now. I’ve been here for two hours for very basic service that should only take 30 minutes or so and my truck still isn't ready. I will not be returning for a third time.
