Really don't know about this place yet had some work done on my car and had to take it right back,let's see about the work this time costing me around $1085..the follow up to the first paragraph my car is in worse shape and I still can't drive it..had to have it towed off thier lot

Terrible service. Paid $3700 for a transmission rebuild. They verbally told us there was a one year warranty. When the transmission started acting up we took it back in and they told us there was only a 6 month warranty. Get whatever you are told written down in writing if you make the mistake of dealing with these scammers.

I went to Tom's service center a couple weeks ago. And these people were great to do business with.I needed brake repair done on a ranger truck. They were fast & knew exactly what they were doing. My daughter needed work on her car when we took it to tom's at oldsheph & rangeland rd he worked on the car to diagnos the problem note: diagnosing vehicle's today comes with a hefty fee. He then kept our car for 2 whole weeks until we finally called yesterday to find out what's going on. These are tom's words " call the warranty co cause I'm waiting for their response" So I called there they said " tell tom to send various info about the repair job" I called toms bk he said tell them so an so, I did. Warranty co said" we still need so an so from tom. So I called tom again, this time he says" I don't deal with our warranty co due to issues in the past, then talked about their bad reviews and sent text messages to my husbands phone showing some actual reviews. We were curious about the reviews he all of a sudden is laying on us after two weeks of holding our car, first diagnosis which cost us 200.00. He then says " I know the warranty co, I've delt with them in the past and never plan on dealing with the company, so come get your car and pay us what you owe us and take it somewhere else, he's not going to work with us or them. So what are we going to do now? Already my daughter has been calling for rides to work from several different people, paying lyft to get her son to his sports activities all while working her bottom off driving for Fedex. She's a hard working single parent who did not deserve this careless, poor service that I took the time just one day about 6hrs to get to the bottom of this situation after 2wks of hell for my daughter then having to give them $200.00, which we believed and now know for sure we got totally dupped by this shop.

Dodge owner here! So apparently I been getting serviced for fluids elsewhere and wasn’t getting them so after going to dodge dealership to have my car looked at they said I do not have a dip stick for transmission and transmissions starts at 3k up to 6k!! I rode past Toms and my savior Gary and his disciples had me fixed and ready in 8 hours (4 hours at a time)!!! 5 stars highly would recommend for all dodge user and ppl who do not have dip sticks for certain fluids!! 2/3/21
