I had my car in there for service did an oil change and a tire rotation. I had asked what the purpose of the rotate and Pat explained it a way that was understandable. He offered a financial option they offered and I applied. Got approved. Didn’t really need it but they offer exclusive offers and all around good deals. Will definitely be back. Steve was also great he cashed me out and made sure I was satisfied. Overall great service. Good jobs guys!

Car has been here over 18 hours and still hasn't been started on. All it needs is a tire replaced. Brought it last night at 6pm and at 2pm the next day, still hasn't even been started on. Front desk person has been exceptionally rude. Last night he argued with me over my warranty, turning the screen and saying "show me on this screen where it says warranty " and then I showed him. Told me an hour ago that my car would be done in an hour. An hour later, not even started and getting so much attitude from this same front desk person. I have been a long time customer to this location and will never come back to it. Attached picture of front desk person. Don't know his name. When I expressed being upset, he told me to file a complaint, so I did so. I would give this no stars if I could. I have never been treated so poorly by anyone in "customer service." All of this over a warranty replacement .

What good is it to make an appointment if they take all walk ins and you're still sitting here 4 hours later. This is definitely a never come back to business. An appointment, in a well run business, means you have priority over the ones that randomly stroll in. I guess Firestone does not agree. 0/10 would never recommend in even your most horrible circumstances. Taking the bus would be a faster option than having this place work on your car. There should be an option for negative stars on here.

Took car in for a alignment and the 20 year master tech...decided to beat the crap out of my car for this alignment. Manager and really everybody else there has been cool, was in 2 times prior and that guy was awesome (didn't take a hammer to my car) but he was on his honeymoon. $200 plates trashed and hit the car with the hammer around the plates chipping the paint. Unfortunately I will not be using this facility any longer, don't trust leaving my car there.

came a couple times for air in my tire. redhead guy said he would have someone out soon. no one came for 10 minutes. i cant imagine having actual work done on my car at this place since no one cared enough to take 30 seconds or less to fill up tires. this has happened each time i came for air. would not recommend to anyone

This will probably be my last visit to this Firestone. My entire experience was horrible from start to finish. I took my vehicle in on Saturday morning for an AC diagnostic. Didn't hear anything back from them on Saturday. Called Sunday morning and they said I could use 2 new tires. I was like cool. It should be done in a couple of hours. Had to call back later that evening to see what was going on with the vehicle. Guy said the tires were in transit and I should plan on another way to get to work. After almost another day of no communication I called back and was given a horrible attitude. I completely understand staffing issues. The way he spoke was it was my problem for asking about how my vehicle was and when can I expect it. When they actually did call and I went up there. The clerk was also very rude and said very little to me, didn't even confirm the price. They missed the basics of keeping me in the loop. If you can't do the simple things why am I going to trust you to do more complex tasks? After a short while the "Tire Error," light came on. I checked the tires and the 2 they replaced were at 40+ psi according to the air machine. The car label says 32 psi. They should know better. The TLDR version is they made things worse by not completing the job. I had to go back behind them and correct their mistakes and pay another service company to ensure the care was safe. Been coming here for about 20 years but no more. They sucked really hard. Complete failure on all facets.

I took my truck in after doing a bunch of front in work like new struts and springs, upper and lower control arms with Caster and camber bolts. I brought it in to have it aligned and the technician 05 Rodney never touched anything under my truck. All the anti seize I used while installing my lower control has not been disturbed at all. Steering wheel still crooked and still pulls to the left. Very disappointed in the service I got. I called and spoke to the dude who answered the phone and he said because it has a lift on it (which is only a leveling kit ) he said they could only adjust the camber. That is why I installed the caster and camber bolts to make it easier. Are you freaking kidding me

0 stars. On top of everything they DIDN'T fix & still charging diagnostic and labor (almost $1,000 total), they put stop leak in my husband's jeep and it now doesn't run. This last time, my husband didn't even bother asking them to find the overheating problem for the 3rd time because he fixed it himself. He went in because his ac was in & out. So....WHY did they put stop leak in it? They did not fix the AC AND dude told my husband it's "fixed" but not blowing through the vents. Huh????? Please tell me if I had the definition of FIXED wrong my entire life. Like....HUH???? They flake ALL accountability, they are NOT experienced, and they WILL scam you out of your money. Oh, &the first time he brought his jeep, they stole his bluetooth charger. Relying on diagnostic test to tell you what's wrong and not being able to figure it out after 4 DIFFERENT times within a 2 week period is INSANE. You really can't find an experienced, honest mechanic anymore. &THIIIIIS IS FIRESTONE. We really expected a lot and got nothing but a dented bank account.

I paid for a service that included an inspection and tire rotation, but my vehicle was not properly looked at. I was told everything was “good,” yet my brakes and rotors are clearly worn and still causing issues. The only things mentioned were a trailing arm and a tire, which does not explain the symptoms I came in for. The tires were also not rotated as requested. I paid for a service and did not receive what was promised. Very disappointed in the lack of thorough inspection and communication. I would not recommend based on this experience.

They explained everything and even showed me to better understand the issues. They are not pushy at all and their prices are fair and scheduling an appointment is easy. I had a tire pressure light and my tire pressure is 10 under. I went in and was told to expect a wait. I waited 40 minutes. Saw another person go in, pull in the same spot, and immediately received service. He said he forgot about me. My tires were not inflated in the 2 seconds he was at my car muttering at his phone about my tires not needing air. I pulled over to speedway and my sensors read 28 as did my tire pressure gage. Very disappointing and with the wait, it was too late to go to another auto shop.

Probably one of the worst, if not the worst oil-change experiences I have ever had. I was attracted by a promotional offer that popped in my instagram account. It offered a 60 dollar discount as a combination of in-house discount and mail-in rebate. I decided to give it a try. I booked an appointment and showed up 15 minutes earlier. Upon arriving the young clerk was clearly mad, he wouldn't even respond to my greeting. I don't know, he was probably tired, cranky, or he just did not like my face, my name, or my accent. Go figure. When I asked about a specific type of oil I wanted for my car, he looked at me with disdain, as if I was expected to know about it, and told me something along the lines of: of course that is the oil they will use. I just smiled. After an hour and a half of waiting, the key was finally returned to me along with a bill without any discounts. When I asked about the discount, the same young fellow told me that the discount "had already been applied" which was not true since it was not reflected on the bill at all. Finally, upon checking the window sticker, I could see that they printed a wrong number. According to the sticker, I already needed to change my oil again. Sloppy mistake (see photos). At this point, I am not sure if they ever changed the oil at all! Did they change the oil? How could I be sure with such a terrible attitude towards their clients? I just don't know. What I do know is that I should have read the store google reviews before heading there. Had I done that, I would have cancelled my appointment and look for a professional, serious business willing to treat clients with respect. Shame on the store for such a terrible experience! It was unncessary unprofessional treatment. I will definetily never come back to Firestone, and I hope people pay serious attention to reviews as they reflect some level of real experiences.
