have a 2000 toyota corolla and the gear shift cable came loose and needed to be repaired...bought and warranteed thr parts myself...they just replaced them and charged a fisr price which usnt the issue. the issue is the fact that when u got my car out from being in the hospital the car looked like it had been though hell... they didn't know what was wrong with my car but i find another mechanic. make sure they know to do more than the basic repairs like ignition coils and spark plugs...the cable was put in but not put in right unfortunatley. wouldnt bash them as a business just with my car was better taken care of while entrusted eith them while i was out

I appreciate Conn's very much. I've been taking my Corolla there for oil changes and general maintenance for a year or two. They feel very honest and above board, letting me know things I might not check myself (like the wear on my tires) and generally helping me a better car owner. Everything is easy with them, and there's a Body Shop next door if I ever need it. Service is always quick; it can take a week to get in depending on what you need, and more time for bodywork estimates, but they're always done early/same day with my car so I can plan my time effectively getting places. Everyone there is pleasant, which I also appreciate.
