I have done business up here on a very consistent basis. I usually deal with Sean who is an amazing experience to deal with. He communicates effectively and is very knowledgeable. This last particular time however Sean was not in the building. When I arrive to pick up my vehicle I am greeted by a gentleman that visibly displays unhappiness and frustration. While dealing with this employee I find out he is not a manager and also not a very good communicator either. If someone greets customers and is the face of your retail operation then the experience is what should be sold and integrity displayed. As someone with a consistent history of doing business with Goodyear this was an absolutely awful experience from a store I know is capable of better. We will see if I return in the future.

Needed a flat tire repair. I had no appointment and was out in 20 minutes. Besides that the dealer told me it couldn't be fixed I would have to buy a new tire $250 it cost me $25 at Goodyear. Good people

Weeks ago, I had my brakes done and I have to say these guy did a great job, from start to finish. Not to mention the price was affordable and I have warranty for my brakes. Long story short, I was going to take my car to the Ford dealership but those guys couldn't even be bothered to return a phone call. Anyways, Goodyear was the way to go and I got my car back in a decent time too. All around, good vehicle service, good customer service, and good prices. Highly recommend this Goodyear location.

These guys operate on customer service and honesty, which I really appreciate. Because of that, there was no question where to take my truck for a significant fuel issue that left me on the side of the interstate. The guys diagnosed it and had me back on the road in no time. They called me with updates every step of the way and went above and beyond to give me peace of mind. The professionalism in this shop starts with the manager and reflects in each employee. 100% recommend.

my mom has been going here for years they always treat her with the most respect and since i got a car they treat me with the same respect amazing people that work here always super friendly and don’t think twice about staying a couple extra minutes after close to help you. amazing people with amazing car skills

I WAS LIED TO AND STOLEN FROM! I made an online appointment and when i showed up they man fussed at me for not calling because apparently they don’t look at online appointments. I call to schedule an appointment and get told to “just show up” and when i asked for an appointment again he said “just show up”. i show up 30min after they open and then get booted to the back of the line (there was no one there) because i didn’t have an appointment. I leave me car to get a patched tire and wheel alignment. 6 hours later they call and say it’s ready for pick up, i get there and he was going to charge me for everything, he forget to write down my mileage so he ran out to the car again and when he gets back he lets me know that my tire wasn’t patched. then proceeded to tell me a different price for the alignment then what was quoted, after telling him i’m not paying he lowered the price. i leave and my car is still messed up, i come back and after talking with the mechanic i find out that ALL 4 of ny tires need replacement immediately and that’s why it wasn’t patched. not only did he let me walk out with unsafe tires, he did a service that was unneed at that point because i need a new set of tires to then get aligned. will not go back to a goodyear! if i could give it a negative rating i would.

Four times. Goodyear has helped me four times with simple fixes without charging me. I've bought tires here and done repairs here, but I can thankfully say that these guys run their services with honesty, honor and authenticity. I know I can treat them to be honest with me. They could have charged and taken advantage of me a few times but they haven't. I appreciate them so much and will continue use their services.

I have been coming to the store for well over 10 years. I’ve had all of my cars repaired here at one time or another. I have universally had a good experience. Cars Are typically repaired fully honestly, and I can’t recommend this store any higher. I have brought my cars, My wife’s cars and my kids cars over the years and I continue to have these guys repair them as long as I am driving

I have brought my car here for several years and the service has been ok. Brought it up last night to have them check the brakes and they call this morning to tell me someone attempted to steal my and several other catalytic converters. Your car is not safe being left here overnight. They stated they have no cameras which is ridiculous for this company. If you look through the reviews I’m not the first person this has happened to. Take your car somewhere else where it will be safer.

Goodyear has been wonderful to meet. The guys up front, Rick and Dan specifically, are kind and explain things in a way I understand. It's also great to get not-so-great news in a kind way. Each time I've taken my vehicle in, they've gotten it checked out and taken care of in a timely manner.

I had an excellent experience at the Goodyear store! Dan and the folks at this Goodyear store were pleasant, helpful, and honest throughout the whole process. He helped me get a great deal on four new Cooper tires with road hazard coverage, and I also had an oil change done while I was there. Everything was straightforward, fairly priced, and done right. It’s rare to find this level of service these days, and I really appreciated it. Highly recommend!
