I have brought my Red Rav 4 2016, twice you have my A/C services at your shop. First time on 6/16/2025, face to face with Josh I was assured that the issue was resolved. I paid 190.00 for a diagnostic and recharge and A/c fluid with dye injection. The A/C only last 1 WEEK !!!!!, An addition I had to call back on 6/20/2025 on a Friday was charged another fee of 187.00 dealing with Chris. I dropped the vehicle off and had to pay for a Lyft to go back to work, this time the A/C paying again got valve issues. As a new customer with your shop and within a two-week period this is NOT good not to mention cost. Reputation should be the key and not taking and assuming that I am female to get over. It's not professional and it has been hot as Heck !!! in KY. And your Sign that sets out front states: THIS SHOP_ SPECIALIZING IN A/C issues and Maintenance for Autos! I was hoping I could trust and continue on as a repeat customer for other vehicle maintenance But !!? I will have to bringing this car back today on 7/07/25 after speaking with Chris once again and with my husband in hopes this issue gets resolved. Very frustrated, irritated and upsetting with the service I am receiving.!!!!! Thank you

This is my testimony to the ABSOLUTELY GREAT service at Etscorn’s Auto! These guys are Extremely knowledgeable, Very professional and saved me a TON of money fixing my Ford Raptor. I had another mechanic in town misdiagnose my truck and tried to tell me that I had a blown head gasket. But the guys at Etscorn’s properly diagnosed my truck as a partially blocked radiator and incorrect thermostat. Etscorn’s replaced my radiator and thermostat with OEM equipment and even helped me avoid a costly repair later on by replacing my AC condenser and they also found a pin hole in one of the AC hoses. These guys are the absolute BEST and they definitely will have my business going forward!! A+++

What a place! Locally owned and operated, this place has that home town feeling that takes you right back! The service from beginning to end is fantastic. While the service is old school, the technology is all new! I won't take my truck anywhere else, I trust my friends at Etscorns 100%! If you only need an oil change, come on out, if you need something bigger they do that too! You just need to give them a chance, I bet you will agree with me! Watching Lord of the Rings in the waiting room, a big plus haha!

I took my car to this service shop for a ‘diagnosis’ that would cost $150. I explained the brakes were recently replaced but the pedal went to the floorboard and braking was difficult. I also wanted them to do an overall assessment to determine if the vehicle was worth salvaging. They bled the brakes and charged me a total of $250 for labor and ‘parts’. I asked why bleeding the brakes cost $250 and they said they did an ‘overall’ look (aka diagnostic). When I retrieved the vehicle, the back tire was flat. I had to hobble to the nearest gas station to add air before driving home. I want to know how they ‘assessed’ the vehicle and test drove it to ensure the brakes were sufficient and not notice the tire was flat. I will never use this repair shop again.

Quick appointment into a quick repair. We could not figure out what was going on and really needed someone to come check it out since the battery would not stay charged. Happy to not have to worry about it anymore, but before their help we were really getting annoyed by having to give it a jump every few days alongside leaving it charged before putting it in to drive the car at all.

Best auto shop experience I’ve ever had... hands down. I had my car sitting at another shop for four weeks, and all I got was attitude and excuses. You know the stereotype.... shops taking forever, never calling back, dragging things out? Yeah, that was them. Out of frustration, I called Etscorn's, and they had me in immediately. No runaround. No delay. Just real, honest work from people who actually care. They replaced everything fast, told me exactly what was going on, and made sure the car was road-ready. When I noticed a weird noise after the repair, I brought it back, and they knew what it was right away and fixed it on the spot. No charge. No drama. If you’re tired of getting the classic “we’ll get to it next week” treatment, go here. I won’t take my car anywhere else now.

Went to here with my car for the first time to get an 02 sensor replaced through recommends. Get it back with multiple chunks of paint missing in/around my driver door exposing bare metal. No plans to come back if this how my car is treated 👎

Honest mechanics and fair prices here! Brought my car in for an alternator replacement. Their replacement was faulty but they took responsibility and fixed it again for free. During the same repair they replaced the serpentine belt. A few weeks later I heard a chirping sound, so when I brought it back in they tweaked it for free, no questions asked. Integrity!!

My windshield wipers quit working the other day and I took my car to Etscorn Auto Shop and I was surprised how quickly they got me in! Josh was amazing and easy to work with and he made sure to keep me updated with everything that was going on with my car.
