I took my truck to this business location on Friday July 21 2023. I was having trouble with my alternator and/or battery. I returned the next day to pick up my truck to discover that the inside of my truck was trashed, the glove box, which was locked, was broken and sitting open, completely empty. Other things were damaged and few things were stolen. Based on what was taken and what was left behind it really looks like an inside job (allegedly). And there are oily finger prints inside my truck in places they shouldn't be. I immediately went inside to tell management. The person I spoke to who I assumed to be the manager responded to me with "I'm sorry man. We've had a lot of break ins. We even had a car get stolen one time. I'm sorry man." Then he turned and walked into the garage. He wasn't helpful at all. I asked him about checking the cameras and he said he didn't have access to them. He said only cooperate can look at the cameras. 20 minutes after I drove off their lott my truck started experiencing the same symptoms it had before I took it to meineke. I basically had my car towed to meineke just to get robbed. And it looks like one of their employees did it (allegedly). I will NEVER take my vehicle to any meineke anywhere ever again.I added photos of my broken glove box.

I went to get my oil changed and was told that my brakes were low and needed to be replaced. I was quoted an outrageous price and went to get a second opinion where I was told that my brakes are fine. Super shady.

Frustrating. I was told it would be 45 minutes to replace my rear brake pads and rotors so I waited. Appointment was at 1pm. Then the wrong size pads were delivered. Then after that there was a dragging noise as I started to drive home. Barely left the parking lot. Turned around and came back to the shop. Then more waiting as they tried to fix the issue. Then told to come into the shop and look at the car with the wheels off. Then told the wheel bearing needs to be replaced. They said it wouldn’t be until Monday to replace. I left the place around 5pm with a dragging noise that wasn’t there before. I spent $950 for the rear brake pads and rotors which I get but when you leave and there is a noise that wasn’t there before it just leaves me very frustrated.

❗️❗️❗️READ REVIEWS BEFORE GOING❗️❗️❗️ Took my Toyota Highlander in after talking to Zack the manager (very nice guy ant that time) about my 3rd party warranty, and just wanting to get a check up on my truck. Went in with no lights on or popping on. After leaving meineke off Preston hwy I now have lights popping on. No wonder why they do free diagnostic. I should have read the reviews to this place before going. I called Zack letting him know hey this wasn’t happening until I allowed you all to check my truck out. For him to be management Zack was very unprofessional when talking to me about the situation over the phone. Hopefully his DM or someone higher up takes a look into how your running things over there & how he is speaking with customers.

Went to get mine and my mother's oil changed manager was a complete jerk I will never go back to that location he didn't even want to tell me how much it was he was in such a rush to leave just kept asking me to slide my card didn't want to talk about what all I needed done not friendly at all waste of money they didn't top off my mother's fluids or put air in her tires complete waste of money and time. I would have been better off letting the homeless man down the street do it

I wasn’t going to leave a review until they sent me an email and a text asking me to do it. Zach was really nice and seemed like a chill guy. However, they are ridiculously overpriced. They quoted me for a repair for around $1.6k. I took it to a reliable mechanic and was quoted $500 for the entire job.

My appointment was at 11:00. I showed up at 10:50, and Bobby tells me it'll probably be about an hour and a half - 2 hours before they can get me out. Not sure why you let people make appointments if they don't actually mean anything, but I say fine and go sit down. An hour and a half later, my car is still sitting where I parked it. During this time I have watched as two people have come in to complain about the poorly completed work done there (both times Bobby audibly and visibly loses his cool); should have been my cue to take my car elsewhere. Eventually they get my car, and I get the evaluation report. Needs brake work (I'm aware); needs a tune-up (y'all always say that); battery issue. Huh? I JUST had that battery replaced three months ago. So now he starts backpedaling, sometimes the machines malfunction, maybe user error, etc. At this point I'm not sure any of these people know what they're doing or what they're talking about and I'm mad I let them touch my car. So, finally, it's time to pay and I make a remark about the 3-hour oil change, and your employee absolutely loses his mind. Starts yelling at me, calling me and customers in general ignorant, telling me I'm wrong about how long I'd been there (yeah, technically, it was 2 hours and 50 minutes), and then doesn't bother to give me a receipt before storming off, nor was a new sticker put on the windshield. Not to mention the grease smeared all over my door. Bobby has anger issues and should absolutely not be in a customer-facing (let alone lead/managerial) position.

I received a notification from Meineke saying they are running a special on oil change and other services thur 11/08/2025. So I made me an appointment for a oil change on the website that was sent to me. When I got to the store at my appointment and I told the gentleman I wanted the oil change for the 24.95 and he told me we don’t have a special for that and I should him the advertisement on my phone and he said that was not Meineke’s web site but that was the same site I made my appointment from and they had my name and appointment. So I said ok he should me the prices that they where offering and I said give me the 29.85. When the said my car was complete but wanted to offer me other services totaling $300.00 I said no thank you get give me the oil change and the price came to 38.56 the charged me the middle price oil change I said ok you will not be getting my service anymore I am done done with Meineke so you can kiss my service good bye

I have mixed feelings. I received great customer service. However after reviewing my receipt all the parts I was charged for were two, three, or four times less at Auto Zone. So I paid way more for the parts plus labor. And that doesn’t feel good.

The tech was great. The customer service sucked. The tech said I don’t know why I left. I said because the customer service guy said it would be 2hrs. And it took the tech a half hr. They change techs like they do prices. It sucks. I’ve had good and bad times here. The good customer service people quit. That was wrong he had me waiting that long. Like I didn’t mater. I only come here because they can get my car done usually in one day. No more on the breaks though way too high.

The service guy at the desk was great. Didn’t like I had to come back two days later to get my air filter because it never arrived even though they had my car for a few hours. Also I asked for tire rotation which they said was included but it wasn’t listed as a service they performed on my invoice sheet. I asked and was told it should have been listed but showed him it wasn’t so I had to just take his word that it was done. Felt uneasy about that when I left. Meineke has a good price for oil changes but the price for filters are really marked up.

Will not be visiting again. Would not recommend. This was my first time at any Meineke. I went in for an oil change. It took about an hour which was fine. My tires were also rotated. While checking out the manager Thomas informed me that my cabin air filter could use replacement and that I had a small oil leak. I declined receiving this services yesterday due to me having to be at work in 1 hour. Once I left I noticed that my car was pulling to the right pretty hard which was weird. I immediately turned around and went back. I spoke with a young man that had curly hair and he said that the tire they rotated to the front was bad. I mentioned that nobody told me that information and he directed me to speak with Thomas. I informed him of the newfound issue and that if my tire was bad why didn’t he mention it. He said he could fix it and they took my car back. This process began at 2:06 pm. At 2:20 I noticed that nobody was working on my car. I looked into the window and saw that they were all sitting and Thomas saw me. Thomas then came in to inform me that my lug nuts were stripped and they were waiting on more. At 2:53 I knocked on the window and another man told me that they had ordered them from O’Reillys and had to wait for them to be delivered. I ended up leaving the store at 3:17pm. Them rotating my tires took longer than the initial oil change, inspection, and tire rotation.

Service was horrible. My truck was running poorly, so I brought it there and dropped it off, giving them a week to fix it as I was out of town. They told me I needed new spark plugs and wires, and recommended a fuel treatment. When I picked up the truck it still wasn't running correctly. They then said it might be my transmission. Turns out it was a disconnected vacuum line. It cost me nothing to fix, just plug back and. And then I also found they laid the new spark plug wires on top of my exhaust manifold, causing them to melt. On top of that, they charged me twice for the fuel treatment.

Jason was extra nice and full of info about my car. Being a female most men just over look over us because we don't know anything lol not Jason he actually listen to what I said about my car. They aren't cheap but they are quick. I got my car the very next day. So it really is equal. 5 days and 500 or 1 day and 2500. So my gut tells me that they are good and honest. In today's time that's a fabulous quality to have.
