The use of an online "appointment" system is pointless. Getting an appointment confirmed via text is pointless. These are more suggestions than anything else. I scheduled an appointment the night before, got a text that morning saying it was confirmed. Arrived on site to be told it couldn't be looked at today. Wasted time and effort.
