Horrible place of business. Totally unprofessional and unskilled. The mechanic that changed out my tire and rim had cross threaded and stripped all of my lug nuts except for one. Do not go here they have a sign specifically saying they are not responsible for broken studs which by the way was conviently hidden under other paperwork.

Owner (Jr.) sold me a car that he stated “nothing mechanically wrong with it except for a few sensors”, I test drive it and didn’t feel or hear anything wrong with it so I bought it. Went to get the tires aligned and come to find out they had rigged the tire arm onto the subframe. Bolt threads were torn so they decided to weld the tire arm onto the subframe and then used u clamps to hold them on. Swerved on my way to work and drove to mechanics. Mechanics told me it was extremely dangerous to drive on. Called junior and he acted as if he had known nothing. Not trustworthy at all and will never recommend anyone to juniors tires.

Well, the guy told my boyfriend ten minutes for four tires to be changed and although bf should have known better, the guy should have told him at least 45 minutes. Ended up waiting for over a hour but that's because the people that did the tires before put the wrong size lug nuts or something on so we had to pay forty dollars for all of them to be replaced. It was about 160 for all four tires minus that forty.

I purchased two tires from this business and they sold me one defective tire and would not stand behind their product, They only agreed to patch the tire and the pin hole leak was at the very edge of the tread and sidewall. When the boy put the tire back on the car he stripped and cross threaded one stud. The owner (Jr.) can't find out his last name was told he said his tire people does not do that although I stood there and watch him do it. He said he had a sign stating that they do not fix cross threaded studs, but if he did the sign was inside the building where a customer is not allowed to go. DON'T DEAL WITH THIS PERSON!!!!!!!!

Been going here since I was 16, over the years probably bought about 20-30 tires. Only ever had 2 issues from them and it was corrected immediately. Great service and fast!

I recommend this place all the time. They are helpful every time I’ve needed their services. My experience was friendly and fast. This is my go to for used tires in the city. P.S. make sure you have cash. (There are a lot of ATMs in the area)

I have been needing 2 tires for a while now. One tire was so bad, my car was a bit wobbly when driving. Brand new tires for my car start around $200/ea. Thankfully, we drove past this place & decided to stop and check. GREAT EMPLOYEES. They were able to get us 2 used tires and back on the road :) No more getting car sick from all the wobbling anymore LOL. Thanks!

They had my odd tire size, which most told me they'd have to order a new one. They were fast, friendly, great used tires in most sizes from what I could see, and had a very reasonable price for tire and mounting. In the middle of covid 19, I thought I was gonna have to pay close to $100.00. Instead it was $40.00 THANKS JUNIORS TIRES!!!

I went to get 2 tires yesterday, I stopped in at the shop in sellersburg and he didn't have the size I needed so I went to Jeffersonville. Originally was told he had my size tires at the other shop, to which I replied well I stopped their first and he said he didnt have them. So after looking for a minute he told me he had 1 and I said ok the passenger side is horrible replace that one. The. He told me he found a 2nd tire so I was excited to not have to go to another shop. So he puts them on, after I told him to finish his lunch I was in no hurry, he told me $55 a piece which is kind of ridiculous because I could have bought brand new for 58 from Walmart. However, I didn't have time to wait for him to be shipped from Walmart so I chose to go this route so pull out of the shop and immediately it tells me my tire only has 10 lb of pressure in it. Well I was right at the gas station so I pulled in put air in that tire. Let air out of the other tire cuz it was at 46 PSI not 34 as it should have been. So from there I get on the highway in Jeffersonville and head home to scottsburg so I notice that as soon as I hit 70 mph steering wheel starts to shake well. I do still need two back tires so I didn't think much of it but when I got home I just happened to look at the tires. I need a 225/45/17 and on the passenger side that is what I got but in the driver side it's a 215/45/17 And yes, I know some tires are compatible and you can use different sizes. However, I did not ask for a 215 45 17 nor was I told that is what was being put on my car. So now I have two different size tires on my front end and I'm not very happy and not to mention when I got up this morning the tire was flat. Oh and here's another thing so I got to looking at my receipt so I could you know go back up there today and instead of being charged 110 plus tax I was charged 113 plus tax. I mean I know it's $3 but it actually ended up being an extra $10 with tax and blah blah bad business. Oh and another thing now by the tire pressure system needs to be serviced. I will be at that shop today and we'll see how that goes. I f my husband had went and got tired I don't think it would have went this way. I'm also out gas money as I live 30 miles away,
