I had a great experience getting my Jeep Grand Cherokee fixed up at the shop! The staff there were very knowledgeable and informative and I could tell they were looking out for me every step of the way. They gave me multiple options on repairs and bulb replacements and ended up getting me a great price on replacing my headlights. In the end it was FAR cheaper than what I was quoted at the Jeep dealership. I love supporting local businesses when I can and a trustworthy and competent mechanic is invaluable! I will certainly be taking all of my vehicles there for any future repairs!

Wonderful mechanic! Got me in for an oil change before closing, even though I was late arriving since I was stuck in traffic after work. My mother also used this mechanic and they saved her from losing her tire after a different mechanic shop left a long hammer in the underside of her car. Everyone there is very friendly and knowledgeable. I have gone to many mechanics in many different cities over the past 20+ years and this place is hands down the best

I had my car towed to the Shop when the power steering went out and they carved out time to look at it on the same day. It was an older car (2010 Dodge Caravan, 190,000 miles) with lots of cumulative problems so I ended up having it junked, but the mechanics provided a detailed diagnosis, discussed different options focusing on cost management, and had competitive prices. They also helped me make arrangements to sell the car (to a junkyard) and to have it towed there since this was new territory for me. So even though I didn't end up having any work done on my car I was impressed by their helpfulness and high level of professionalism and I have already recommended the Shop to others.

They totally ruined my vehicle. They came back at me after messing it up with statements about pics and reports-non existent. Please resend if they exist, for legal purposes of course. No “strong arming” from me either as they stated in a post, and I paid 160 dollars for you to pull 1 fuse., just an upset customer who had more problems AFTER you worked on my vehicle and expected it fixed. The shift thing also mentioned- no calls to update me before or after, nor pics, resend if they exist. Never had an issue shifting and will go to court any time as they are flat out lying They really do not know what they are doing and do not stand behind their work.

Where do I start?! Took my Camry in to see if I could get a cheaper quote than Oxmoor. only for them to tell me I needed a whole new transmission (which I don’t/didnt); and I did take my Camry to someone else; Runs Great! Thank God Now, My husband took his odyssey in bc the battery kept dying! They didn’t fix that, only pulled the fuse. But NOW, it has a load of other issues including the shifter won’t work, and Radio Not Working Now; and No Break Lights, and the dashboard has a ton of other “lights” light up that didn’t have before. now being told they don’t work on these issues. THE REPLY IS WRONG- NO. I Did NOT call about the Transmission Quote on the Camry! I had paid diagnostics at the Dealer, and the work that needed to be done was front end work; not the transmission (its fine now and always has been). The Shop told me they guaranteed they could do the work that was needed (axl and sway bar) cheaper than the Dealer; I even gave you a copy of the quote and recommended repairs form the Dealer; then told me that "front end work" was the "Least of my worries" and If I was looking for a reason to buy a new car this was it. And that the Transmission work as $4k and total with front end was $7k. You tried to up sale me a transmission that my 2015 Camry didn't need! No one weaponized anything against you, you did it to yourself. When I've had three other mechanics that are tell me the transmission is fine. The Odyssey was dropped off after hours, and you knew it was coming in, bc he called before hand, and the mechanic was there when we dropped it off and it drove fine, it just had an electrical problem that was killing the battery; and the shifter was working properly and has since we owned it! Now the van has more issues, no lights! no shifter! and told they don't work on electrical. So if you're gonna reply, make sure you get your story straight.

Moved back to J-Town. Passed this shop several times and had never stopped in. Needed some engine work done on my 96 Mustang GT. Explained the problem and was told they could take care of it. They completed the work in a timely manner and kept in contact with me the whole time the vehicle was there. The staff is very knowledgeable, experienced, friendly and professional. Would recommend this shop to any car person that wants quality work done. All my cars will be going here for any repairs.

I'm a long haul truck driver. I move to jeffersontow a couple months ago from South Carolina was in need of some work on my hyundai sonata 2012 2.0T limited with low miles. First visit with my Toyota Tacoma small shop with great prices. Friendly staff, on my visit I witnessed the staff roll out the red carpet treatment for another customer who was upset she was waiting on a BMW that required a special part. The staff went out of their way to help her. Not only was I impressed by the service they provided her. I am giving them a five star review. I usually don’t take the time to leave reviews. But Wow this shop was great.

We moved to the area about 18 months ago and have only used The Shop for our mechanic needs for our two cars. We have found the people to be extremely fair and professional and have been happy with their work. I really can't recommend them enough if you want a trustworthy garage that does great work. Had our Outback in today and the job turned out to be bigger than we anticipated but they still found the time to get it knocked out so we'd have the car for the weekend. Great service.

This shop used to be great, but I can tell there has been a major change in how they operate and speak to customers. I will no longer bring my business there. I have never heard such disrespect to customers. A friend who referred me to this place over 3 year. It was great service then. After today, this is somewhere I will not recommend to anyone. On the day I was there to expericience this, I was not a paying customer. I was there to provide a ride to my frined having work done on their vehical.
