Our daughters headlights needed to be replaced. We went to our normal mechanic and they could only do it if we bought the expensive replacements from them. Steve's shop told us where to look to get cheaper ones and then he replaced them for us. Very professional and knowledgeable.

They did an amazing job on my vehicle ...other places gave me very high estimate and quoted things I didn't need ...so i went to Steve's shop who was honest and took care of me.. my car has been running great every sense and for a much better price. Highly recommend you try them...

I was referred to Steve by a coworker. I took my car in 4 months ago to have my brake pads and rotors replaced. Spent hundreds of dollars to have this repaired. I now have to spend hundreds more fixing my brakes because they were either not replaced at all with new pads or because they were not done properly. Of course no warranty was given when this work was done, so I have no choice but to pay again to have this repaired. After my car started having issues just a week after this work was done, my husband called to complain and he was told my brake hose needed to be replaced that it was normal after a brake job. DO NOT USE THIS GUY! I’m not sure how you can take someone’s money put them back in their car after you know the work wasn’t done, unsafe to drive, and rest well at night knowing you’ve put them in danger. But not just me my son too.

Steve got me in and out quick (1 day). He diagnosed a problem that myself and others couldn't figure out... A torn boot on the air intake system. Best of all, his price for repairs was reasonable and he talked me through the work that was done. Will not hesitate to go to back to Steve's Shop.

Not typically one to get repairs done on my vehicle but every once in a while there’s something I can’t do myself. Not being from here, I didn’t know where to go for my issue. After being recommended to me by a co worker— they took my car in Thursday afternoon, diagnosed my problem, repaired it, and it was ready to be picked up the next day. More than happy with the service, and he took the time to explain the issue to me upon pick up. 10/10, highly recommend. Thank y’all.

Went in With a Kia Rio And he wanted $450 to change the spark plugs. When I decided that was too much, and I would do it myself He charged me $150 Just to run an engine diagnostic. Do not recommend; Him and his wife will take advantage of you. He told me the parts were over $200. I bought them for Just over 50.

I have an older Celica, and I needed the bearings, hubs, and ball joints replaced, along with a front end alignment and a manual transmission flush. I had acquired all the parts myself, because I wanted to use high end parts (genuine Toyota, SKF bearings, etc), and had been trying to get someone to help me with the labor aspect as I didn't have the equipment to do the job. I took the car to Steve's shop and he had it completed in a little over a day (they were pretty busy when I brought it in), and he did a really good job. Everything was installed correctly and the front end feels great again! He mentioned some issues I was aware of, but didn't pressure me to fix them which I appreciated. (It's an old car and I'm slowly restoring it). I'd definitely consider using him again if there's something I need done that I don't have the tools to do!

I brought my car in and Steve was very kind and quick, I’d already had it looked at in one place and Steve told me the exact same issues, and quoted a fair price. On another occasion my fuel line started leaking and I had to bring in the car ASAP, and he was so fast to help. I don’t know what I would have done otherwise - my car was suddenly pooling fuel on the ground so I didn’t have a lot of options or time to get it taken care of. We feel very thankful for this business - finding a good mechanic who you trust is incredibly important, we’re relieved to have this shop.

Steve has done a couple of BIG repairs on my Toyota. I won’t take my car anywhere else unless I absolutely have to. The first time I brought it in to him I was seeking a second opinion since the first shop we had taken it to gave us a laundry list (over $4,000) worth of maintenance they said were mandatory. Steve was so kind to recheck everything and was honest with me about what was necessary and what wasn’t at that time. Plus, he does everything for an affordable and reasonable price. He doesn’t up charge like most big shops do. A huge bonus is that his receptionist is so kind! I couldn’t recommend them more!

Steve is a mechanic. He knows cars. Simply put. If you need someone who will be honest and give you accurate information on what's going on, see him! I have spent a long time dealing with shops that are either trying to rip you off or being dishonest or just but caring about what they do... possibly also not as familiar with cars from lack of experience. After my sister and I had a not so great experience at another place I came here. It was recommended to me on reddit but they said it can be hard to get in sometimes. He stays pretty busy. I didn't have that issue and my sister and I both had a much better experience at Steve's than other unnamed businesses. I will be taking my car to this place for a long as I can!

Steve’s Shop is the best. We experienced a vavoline “special” treatment that left our vehicle and our safety in jeopardy. Nick, came out to our vehicle and immediately noticed the issue and repaired it in less than 15 minutes. The issue? A loose oil filter. Something vavoline should be able to do in their sleep. Nick explained all of this to us and I had my faith restored in good, competent business being done. Nick, don’t stop being dope! Thanks again!

If you're looking for an honest mechanic, I'd HIGHLY recommend Steve! Have taken my car to him twice. The last time I took my car here was for a second opinion after another mechanic recommended an almost $3k repair after a "preventative maintenance inspection." Steve inspected and told me the repair wasn't needed at all and actually sounded a little upset that some other shop was trying to pull one over on me and make a quick buck by recommending a unneeded repair. The fact that he didn't use me bringing my car in as opportunity to upsell me indicates that he is a mechanic with integrity and I can trust what he recommends a lot more than many mechanics out there. Steve's Shop has definitely earned my business going forward! For any and all car issues, I'm calling Steve's before anyone else.
