I was greeted by the friendly staff, received an extremely competitive quote for my repair. I was slightly apprehensive since their quote and completion estimate as better than the comparison. I am very cost conscious so I went with these guys, they finished as promised with amazing quality. I do not do a bunch of reviews but my expectations we exceeded.

Went to this shop due to needing a new painted bumper for my Toyota Corolla S and they took care of me pretty well. I dropped my car off in early November 2024 for a paint job and didn’t get it back until October 2025 — nearly 11 months later. Communication throughout the process was lackluster with the inability of trust to be properly developed. The price itself was fair, but the endless waiting completely offset any value. The paint job was supposed to be completed prior to beginning my basic training July 16th so I could have enjoyed the car before leaving. I ended up coming back from training and arriving Sept 26th. Last Friday Oct 3rd was the date I was given when everything would be done.Silly me, then it became Monday. I took time off work to pick it up, only to find the car unfinished — not polished, and trim pieces not assembled yet. To make matters worse, I caught the painter working on another project instead of mine, even though I was scheduled to pick up my car that day. Because of these delays, I ended up damaging my relationship with my mechanic, who had set time aside to work on my car Monday afternoon. Luckily he understood that it was not by my doing. When we spoke Monday , I was told once again, “Come Tuesday, it’ll be ready — I promise.” Of course, it wasn’t. This is the best example of too little too late. So much ample time but not treated as a priority. After nearly a year, the car still wasn’t finished properly. The painter claimed it was better to paint the car in the spring, which is why we waited from November. but even after that, progress was sporadic from April through October. What hurts the most is the last couple of days when so much progress was being made. What took months was getting accomplished in days. Part of this is on me — I should’ve picked the car up sooner — but I was away at basic training from July to late September, assuming the work was being done. I let my patience get the best of me until I had to put my foot down and tow the car incomplete. When I arrived October 7th, the car still wasn’t polished, trim pieces were not assembled, and I was told to give it one more day. At that point, the trust was gone. I’ll finish polishing it myself, because at least then I know it’ll get done. I’ll learn and completed this by my hand. The paint and clear coat came out nice — but at what cost? Missed work, frustration, and nearly a year without my car. A job that should’ve taken 2-3 weeks dragged out for almost a year. Stay far away. Learn from my experience — don’t let a paint job turn into heartbreak and wasted months. Trust means everything.

This is an excellent auto body shop. My car has been restored to the original condition perfectly. Walter did a wonderful job and paid attentions to the details. I really appreciate his work and highly recommend Elizabeth Auto Body Shop to anybody needing auto body repair work. Nov. 6th: Had another minor accident and came back here to fix my car. Walter did a great job again and restored my car in a perfect condition.
