We arrived at the appointed time and the sale person JP was very kind, patient and professional. We secured a deal on a purchase quickly thank to JP's efficient. After securing a deal the finance person was very swift and expertisely walked us through the contract and we were out of there in less than 3 hours. The whole experience was pleasant, quick, and efficient rather than the typical stuffy, uneasiness of pondering if you're getting the right deal. All was the result of the staff's skillfulness and willingness to be the customer's supporters in helping them getting the best possible deal

The sales representative Eddy was extremely knowledgeable, professional, kind, friendly, and patient. The finance manager Tajh was extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, kind, funny, and helpful. The 19 years old young man who delivered the car was extremely friendly, kind, patient, knowledgeable and polite. We love the no pressure sales but kind treatment. Although we were there for several hours, it didn’t feel that long bc of the wonderful service we received. We bought a 2026 Camry XLE. Inviting environment and great staff. The 3 people we received service from provided exceptional service.

I came all the way from LA, past dozens of dealers along the way, but why? Because Elk Grove gave me the best deal on a hard to find Sequoia and the best deal for my trade in. Jay Chhim, one of the sales managers worked with me and was very transparent about pricing and what to expect. From every interaction since August when I put my name down for the truck, to dealing with it, to finance, and final delivery, the common thing I heard was, we’re a family owned dealership that takes care of their customers and that was 100% true. I was treated like family and not merely a customer. I was extremely happy with the deal and walked away with a truck my family and I love. Jay prepared the deal and had the paperwork ready. When I got there, I was in and out in less than 2 hours and back on the road back to LA. If you’re looking for a dealership that truly treats you right and makes sure you walk away with a deal on a Toyota you’re happy with, then come here.
