Where do I begin... When looking for a mechanic the number 1 thing that matters to me is TRUST, COMMUNICATION, and SERVICE. Empire met this and more. I live in Austin and drove my vehicle 60miles north because both Marc (owner) and Jesse were quick to communicate and had my best interest in mind. I have a 1999 Ford Van and they ensured the right and quality parts were put on my fun camping toy. Jesse went out of his way to send me videos of the test drive, stored my van in the bay, per my request, every nigth and kept me in the "KNOW". daily. Being an out of town customer, I found this invaluable. Rest assured, you will be treated respectfully, they will provide quality and affordable work!

I am a driving school owner. I bring all of my school fleet, and personal vehicles here. In my opinion, this is the best auto repair shop in Temple, Texas! Good, honest, dependable work at an affordable rate is quite rare in the auto repair industry. There will sometimes be a waiting list to get in. ONLY the best shops have a long waiting list. This has to be the worst automotive shop in Texas. They over diagnosed, over charge, don't complete the job and, do not honor the warranty. $1700 clutch job, broke my bell housing and ruined my transmission. The Jeep was returned with multiple oil leaks. I've had the Jeep for over 4 years with NO oil leaks. This horrible company wanted $1600 more. The BBB is going to be notified and the office of attorney general will investigate for Deceptive trade practices act... Stay tuned and please don't not use this company. Thank you Mark

My AC needed charged and turned into more than i expected to get her up and running cold, brisk and right again. These Champs helped to get this done without a lot of hassle and problems and helped to cut my costs down as much as we could throughout the process. They took care of the issues, fast as it would go and my AC is frosty, and not a moment too late in the Texas heat. We were taken care of respectfully and fairly to the best standards these guys can give. They will take care of you here, no doubt there. I will personally send anyone to Empire Auto for work that needs to be done on their vehicles. Will be returning myself soon this month to have my ignition mount fixed and to assess and fix the ABS Senor. I know I'm good hands.

These guys are amazing, They are trustworthy and friendly. Their word is good. They are helpful and cost efficient. My 16 year old daughter was having a problem with the hold light and engine light coming on if she was going over 50mph. These guys had the car for a day and fixed this problem without charging an arm and a leg. They are HONEST and that is amazing in this world full of crooks. These guys go above and beyond their duties and I am forever grateful for them. My Mom Works for the VA in Temple and her car battery died in the parking lot. They drove down the VA diagnosed the battery fault and helped us get it to the shop and replaced the battery all under 45 mins in the scorching hot hours of 4PM with rush hour traffic. Thank you. What a shop!! These guys are the real deal! My wife and I have used this shop before and always had the best experience possible. Recently, My 4Runner was having some issues driving, especially when going up an incline. I messed with it for days and couldn’t find any answer to the problem. Took it to Empire and within hours of dropping off the vehicle, they had the issues diagnosed and ready to be repaired! Jesse and Danny up front are so helpful, and communicate perfectly! Marc and Mason explained the issues my car was having, and what options I had to fix the problems. These guys are the best in town! He provided good quality service and did not try to sell me things I didn’t need. Jesse was great to deal with. I took in my 2000 Ford F250 4x4 7.3 for heavy duty front end work. These guys went above and beyond to put in top quality parts and make sure the job was done right. The truck steers incredibly different now and drives straight down the road. If you need work done on your diesel truck, I would definitely recommend Empire. They also got the job done exactly when they said they would and for less than the original estimate. Update: I took my truck in to fix the A/C and they did it again! Fixed it right on time and did an excellent job. My A/C is ice cold now!
