Took my motorcycle in for service to Epic Motorsports, I had carburetor issues that we're causing the bike to cut out under throttle, it was hard starting and had an excessively high idle which could not be turned down or it would just die, after a week with these guys, it came back with ALL of the same problems and as an added bonus, now a fuel leak, and all for the low, low price of close to $200, after deciding NOT to take it back there, I took apart the carb myself and found plugged jets and an improperly set float, after replacing the plugged jets and a little research about the proper float level I was able to fix all of the problems with the carb and the bike now runs great, I would also like to mention they put a fuel line from a car on my carb instead of using the proper size fuel line which I also fixed, I did call back and wanted answers for the poor workmanship on the bike, and they HUNG UP ON ME!! I will also mention I have a co-worker that took a Polaris razor to them for electrical issues and ended up stranded in the desert after charging him $800 for the work they did to fix the problem, in my opinion these guys couldn't fix a sandwich let alone a motorcycle, BEWARE!

I have known the business for a long time now and I know they are honest and do everything they can to work with their customers. I would recommend them to anyone. It’s the newer shops I would stay away from. These guys have been around from the beginning. Just like the ma and pap shops in food these business are just the same, the best.

They ordered a new ignition switch to install on my bike and after they looked at the bike they figured out it's not necessary and lubed it up for me free of charge! They didn't even charge a restocking fee! Awesome guys

I took my kx250f to fix because everyone else was too busy. He told me he was a week out and we made many calls and never heard back. Finally we got the bike back, he also charges more than I believe and the excuses he gave me about the parts he changed were so stupid. He said he changed some extra things but they were the same parts. As soon as I took the bike on a ride we lost the oil cap and almost blew my engine. Also found many disappointing repairs that should have been done better. Don’t recommended at all

Their "Honda Red Certified" mechanic installed three of four head studs upside down in my XR400R. As if that wasn't bad enough they kicked, scuffed and damaged every single one of my new plastics without exception. When I confronted the owner, he offered me a $9 can of plastic polish. When that wasn't good enough, he yelled at me and told me how he didn't care. This was in front of other customers. If you want to be treated horribly by someone completely unprofessional, Epic Motorsports is the shop for you!

I was stranded in St. George on a Sunday when no one else was open or willing to help me. Tyler came in on his day off and went above and beyond to help me with my car troubles. He called every parts store to find the part that I needed. He got me back on the road and went the extra mile. I appreciated his help and willingness to come in when he was closed. I was very grateful for the kind service he gave to me.

Tyler was very quick to order new parts for my daughter's Kymco scooter. He went above and beyond to get the job done. When the UPS guy failed to deliver the parts to the right address, Tyler's assistant drove around town, chasing the UPS guy so she could get the part. Once the part was obtained, it was installed promptly. Tyler stayed late on a Friday evening so my daughter could have her scooter for the weekend. I read the last review about the tow-truck thing. That sounds so bogus. I have dealt with Epic Motor Sports several times over the past few months and this is so uncharacteristic. Don't put any stock in that bogus review. I would not be surprised if it were posted by a competitor, trying to deflate Epic.

I had a vehicle towed and had a very positive interaction with Tyler. He's very knowledgeable and was patient in answering my questions. He also has great options for repair and service of any of my machines. Thanks for the help!

Brought in my Kymco People 150 a few months ago and had an overall tune up done. They were able to get everything done on it a lot sooner than I had anticipated. Fair price, excellent quality, and I will return whenever I need my scooter serviced! Thanks for your excellent work!

I'd rate lower if possible as I've been more of a victim to this shop than a customer. This shop has a towing company on the side that is known for robbing clients of possessions from their vehicles after receiving them. My particular situation involves about $1000 worth of personal items including devices containing sensitive info. I was denied access to my vehicle to retrieve said items after being hit and it being towed by SGPD's tow company of choice. Bunch of crooks with an absolutely filthy shop to operate out of. Least presentable in all of town I'd wager.

Had a tire lose tread on the highway just outside of the city. Luckily maintained air. Called Epic up and he had a replacement and got right on the job to help me out with a new tire. I don't recommend breaking down but if you do in the St George area, call Epic. And thanks to them I'm back on the road. 5 stars.

I was told that it would take 1-2 weeks to get my water pump replaced on my 4 wheeler. 2 months and $600 later, I had my 4 wheeler back with the shifter welded (they said they recieved it broken ... which they did not). They were nice enough, just over-priced and not very "efficient"

The worst in town. I had my car towed and the price was insane. He had my car between two wrecked cars when I picked it up. I hope there business goes under. I wish I could give him like a negative 50 score. I could not believe where my car was parked. Boycott his business. The state use his service and should be ashamed. The business is dirty and discusting.

My husband and I bought a used truck in SLC, UT and I drove it down to Vegas. On my way back home to Salt Lake the truck had catastrophic engine failure and ended up being towed to Epic Motorsports in St. George. The tow truck driver was excellent and went out of his way to drive myself and my step-son out to the airport to get a rental car in his personal vehicle (it was a Sunday and they were the only place open), which was a solid hour round trip from the shop. Tyler Satterfield, the owner of Epic Motorsports, had been nothing but amazing for the duration of the time it took to fix our truck, which turned out to be around 7 weeks. While he was pulling apart the truck to swap the engine, it was discovered that the truck had been through and undisclosed flood. Tyler made to sure to document everything with photos while our vehicle got a complete overhaul. He kept in contact with us about everything that needed to be done, reached out to people he knew in order to help us get information to be reimbursed for the repairs on a truck we had not even had for a month. He has even offered to testify in court for us if it comes to that. His team of mechanics worked tirelessly to get our truck back into tip-top condition, he was always kind and courteous, and has gone above and beyond to help us and explain to us what needed to be done and why. I have over 50 photos that he took of the interior of the truck, the parts that were flood damaged and needed to replace, and has written up comprehensive reports about the condition of our vehicle. He has been so awesome through this entire ordeal, even though I was 4 hours away in SLC and has treated us like family. I would highly recommend anyone to get their vehicles repaired, services, etc at Epic Motorsports. Tyler is awesome and you will get treated like royalty. If I lived in St. George I would DEFINITELY be going to him for all my mechanical needs. Thanks for being the best, guys!!

My car was towed here. People that probably get their car towed here show up with a bad attitude considering their situation and probably blame the tow guys. But this was not the case. I was quiet, calm, nice, and understood that is was not his fault. He was so disrespectful, so demeaning towards me. When I would ask a question he would respond very rudely. I also would like to add that the place was also a very dirty place and I am not sure how it would even pass inspection rules. Do not come here for any work on your car and if your car gets towed pray it doesn't come to this guy.

Let me just start off by saying if I ever break down again I hope it's in St. George. We were on our way from Logan Ut to California for a Disneyland family vacation and we stopped at the last gas station in St. George to fill up. When I went to turn my truck back on it wouldn't start we didn't know what went wrong. It was over 100 degrees outside and we had our 4 kids with us two of them being 2 yr old twins who were starting to scream their heads off. I called my car insurance company only for them to tell me I was on my own. I was furious how can they not help when we pay full coverage? Needless to say I called many tow company's and nobody answered my call not to mention it was Sunday almost everyone was closed. Tyler the owner was the only one who answered my call asked me where we were and was literally there to pick us up in less than 15 min. Immediately took a look at my truck to try and diagnose the issue. He then drove us to his shop gave us cold bottled water as he discussed what could be the problem. He explained that he would diagnose it tomorrow and have us back on the road by noon. He went as far as helping us find a hotel and even personally driving us to the hotel which saved us money for a cab. The next morning he called us before noon told us the truck was ready to go even saved us money on the repair he discounted some of the tow fee. He picked us up from the hotel in our vehicle and we drove back to his shop where he explained everything thoroughly. He said he had some health issues earlier that morning and had gone to the Dr. to have some blood work even after all that he went out of his way to personally serve us. He knew we had paid for a full weeks vacation in California and didn't want us to miss out. I thanked him for everything and told him how much I really appreciated it. He said he liked to treat his customers like family. Well let me just end this by saying we felt like family I never in my life had such a great experience with a tow company or auto repair shop like I did at Epics Motor. The service was fast the fees charged were beyond fair and the overall experience was great. If I could rate this company more than 5 stars I would because they went above and beyond customer expectations.

Don't ever take a motorcycle here. I read some reviews about how this is a "motorcycle grave yard" and I ignored the review even though it was true. I took my bike in to have a the rear tire replace along with the front tube in the front tire, because their was slow leak. They told me it would take a day. 4 days later I called them again and it seemed like they were stalling. I had to ask them over and over again when they are going to get to it I finally get my bike back. Drive it home and then a few hours later the front tire is completely flat again. I try to call them a few days later after trying to fix it myself and leave them a voice mail and no call back. I just decided to go down to the shop myself and ask them if I get it back to their shop would they fix it with no charge since they didn't fix it in the first place. They told me no, because it left their shop perfectly fine. Moral of the story no matter what if it leaves their shop fine and then a couple hours later if it has the same problem then you have to pay them to fix it again. Also they told me that they recently had a break in and a vehicle was stolen. So I would think otherwise to take any sort a 4 or 2 wheel drive vehicle to them. *Response to the owner* A "good while" must be a few days to them. I tried to make it so enough air would stay so I could drive it myself back to them and after them not responding to my voicemails I left them I went down there to talk to them myself. I talked to an older gentlemen that worked there and he said they may have pinched the tube. I went back inside to talk to the owner after waiting patiently and addressed my concern to try and get a tow truck to pick it up, but he said that would be 2 weeks. I then asked him if he could fix it for free since I drove it home and it was flat a few hours later and they may have pinched the tube (I couldn't take it back immediately because they were closed). I didn't "demand" anything. Of course they wouldn't know the tube is pinched if they didn't test drive it (which I don't blame them for not test driving it for a replaced tube and brakes). You shouldn't base your business of lies. Also, it's funny how you didn't address the stolen vehicle part... Take this as a warning to people who want to take motorcycles there... Sorry for the bad review, just telling the truth about a business.

I brought my Ducati Monster in about a year ago and was very hesitant with all work and repairs that was quoted to me. They highly recommended that i get a high end chain for the bike vs the stock chain i was wanting to purchase and brand new tires which to my eye looked completely fine to my eyes. It wasn't that i didn't trust them, it was that i have been burned several times in the past from mechanics. I ended up just having them replace the chain with the stock chain. After 2-3 months my chain became too loose and had to be tightened several times just as they said it would. My tires which looked like had plenty of tread started showing the metal mesh. I was lucky not to get into an accident from either of the issues. They are now replacing all of the parts they originally recommended and will have them replace anything else they recommend. Highly trust these guys and would recommend them to anyone. I find it absolutely hilarious that people will leave a negative review about a similar situation and claim that it was bad work or bad part even though the mechanics told them exactly what they would recommend. These guys will always have my business. One of the only honest mechanics i have had the pleasure of working with.
