I had a serpentine belt break on a Friday night and the dealers in town couldn’t get me in until Monday or Tuesday. Desert automotive had me at the shop at 10:00am, belt replaced and on my way quickly. My huge rv/van didn’t fit in the shop so they did the work outside. I’ve had other shops just reject me because my vehicle didn’t fit. 1/3 the price of the dealership, great service, and a local business. I will be using Desert automotive for all my needs when I’m in st. George. Honest, Local, with no shareholders. People helping people. Thanks Desert Automotive.

Frank is great and accommodating. My vehicle was showing many signs of break down. Within a few hours I was given a diagnosis and offered for the full repair by the next evening. The car is good as new. Also Frank offered shuttle to and from his automotive shop, recommending food and lodging along the way.

I got all four new suspensions and as Frank was working on it he said he found another issue (a loose bolt in a dangerous spot) and he fixed it (2 hours labor and almost $80 for the parts) but said because he shook my hand and agreed on a price with me the day before so he won't charge me for the extra parts or labor. This man knows how to do business. And my car has never been as smooth as it is now.

I was road tripping out to LA and my compressor went out while I was on the highway in St. George, causing my air conditioning to go out. I called a bunch of places and no one could fit me in to get it fixed that day. Then we took it to desert automotive and met Frank. He checked everything out for me and said he could have it fixed within a few hours, even though they were super busy. He was so kind and helpful and even gave me and my dad a ride to fiesta fun to pass the time while it was getting fixed. 10/10 recommend this place, service was amazing and he was done fixing my car exactly when he said he would and even stayed late to finish up. Top notch place that goes above and beyond.

Good people here! Frank worked on my car under warranty on very short notice and seems to have done a great job. His wife is also very nice and dropped me off and picked me up when my car was ready. I am a tourist passing through town but if I lived in St. George I would gladly continue to go to them for all of my auto care needs. Thank you again for your help and kindness :)

I am a college student who put fixing my breaks off for a bit too long, and was able to find relief when Frank took my car in on very short notice and stayed late so that my car could be safe to drive. Wonderful service, very kind and treat their customers like family. Frank is very good at what he does and is honest with his customers and wants the best for them and their vehicles. Cynthia was helpful through the whole process and gave me a ride to and from the shop. They also made efforts to keep the cost of service as low as possible. I highly recommend, and will be returning here for future services needed.
