I have never done business at this establishment but that's about to change. I lost a set of keys and after an employee found them on the street, the two guys in the front office went to the effort to call the Honda dealer to get our number connected to the VIN number. The Honda dealer called me and the keys were quickly restored. I'm amazed at this kind of honesty in this day & age. That's the kind of people I want to do business with. Bought some used tire here. I didn't immediately notice it but one of them had a bubble in the sidewall. When I called to ask if there was something they could do they told me that they only warranty used tires for 2 days and I exceeded that. I'll never shop here again and certainly wouldn't recommend them.

I have to sing the HIGHEST praises for Eagle Tire - they treated me with such kindness and respect. They got me in same day and were so fast! I had my two year old with me so that meant a lot! It truly is the best I have been treated at any car place for a long time (maybe ever!) They went above and beyond in their service to me today. I could tell they were doing extra services to my tires that I hadn’t been quoted for to help me out. And to Eagle Tire in bluff, I will absolutely be back. Eagle tire is where I always get work done on my car. They are very fair and honest. The workers their do a great job. I went in today because I thought I needed brakes done on my car. They check my brakes out with a free evaluation. My brakes were perfectly fine. The people here are great. I highly recommend getting your car fixed at eagle tire.

I've come here twice because they are simply so amazing and helpful. First time for 4 tires. About a year ago. A month ago one of them blew out a sidewall, I expressed my concern and they were able to order my tire promptly and installed it 2 days later. They're honest and you can tell they dont push to get more money out of you. They really put the customer first. I will continue to always come here. You guys are simply the best!

These guys are the BEST! They arranged a tow for my car and quickly analyzed the problem, called me with a solution and a quote and had it ready for me the next morning. The work was excellent and the price was more than fair. They were honest, helpful and super nice. I’m a 70 yr old lady with an 18 yr old car and they could have easily found lots of things wrong that needed fixing, but rather than taking advantage of me they dealt with the immediate problem and got me back on the road. Needless to say I will go to them again and refer my friends as well!

I needed a set of four tires. These guys didn't have the specific tire I wanted in stock , But they were able to get the tire brand/size I wanted located within the town and they went and picked them up and brought them back to Eagle Tire and Service within 30 minutes and they installed within an hour later. I picked up a piece of metal in my tire and first went to a national name-brand tire store by my house, but they told me they didn’t have time to help—even though they weren’t closing for another hour and a half. I called Eagle Tire, and they immediately told me to come right over. I drove straight there, and they had my tire fixed in about 15 minutes! Amazing service, super friendly, and fast. I will happily drive past the tire store near my house and come back to Eagle Tire every time I need a tire repaired or replaced. Highly recommend!
