My girlfriend has her car there. And they keep pushing out their estimated date of repair. Which has been a terrible experience for her. We thought she'd get her car back tomorrow, and then they send an email saying it won't be until next week. No explanation why or phone calls. Just an email. It could be longer, you can't trust them at their word, since this isn't the first time they've done this. I wouldn't recommend this place if you're hoping to get your car back anytime soon. It's been in there care for a month. Whoever is running the show doesn't know how to provide an accurate estimate of time, or care that you're out of your vehicle. If they cared theyd at least call or provide an explanation in their email. Your accident is just another day at the office for them. No sense of urgency at all for them to help you out. Based on the reviews, I'd take my car to Red Rock Collision Repair, where people are leaving comments about the speed and quality of their repairs. UPDATE they reached out and told us it will now be the end of the week. Yet again another disappointment and no offer to reimburse us for a rental or any kind of compensation. 2ND update as you can see from their reply, they offer no compensation for us having to rent a vehicle longer than expected. but at least they're committed to a solution that should already being practiced my girlfriends vehicle also makes a weird sound now. she's going to contact them but to summarize the experience. they didn't communicate how long they needed the vehicle and took about a month to repair it, constantly pushing back dates. they didn't even put it back together right and now it makes a strange sound when turning. what an absolute terrible experience

In my opinion, this is the only place in Saint George ,mesquite,Cedar City and any surrounding areas that I may have forgotten, that they should be the only one's to work on your vehicle. These people will go out of their way help you in any way they can. Also I have to say is this man knows how to run a shop? And people should be proud to support a business. That is busy like they are the. Reviews that they have and the professionalism that they have in customer service, which we all know is a lost art form. These guys rocket. I can't say enough about D C C, If you want your vehicle fixed fixed right, take it to these guys and it'll be done right.

Excellent doesn’t come close to the best word used to describe Dealer Collision. They are simply put the best you can ask for when you have a repair need to your car. They are 100% informative, quality defined, they are untouchable by other service shops I’ve ever known of. They are a good bunch of hard working people who know what is needed and they will do everything it takes to help you get it all right and in as little time possible but not just that but make certain with automatic updates and details from each stage your vehicle is in when it leaves and where it continues to go to all the way to ready for pick up then to letting the Client know if anything else their contact information and their seal of quality guarantee.... wow thank you Dealer Collision thank you .

Extremely disappointing. Need to be able to give 0 stars. Our car was hit head-on while parked in a parking spot at a store. This shop tried saying grill clips were broken before our car was hit when they were not (really simple, the grill was completely secure and did not move before and the became loose after the accident). Originally, they tried telling us they replaced the bumper, but after looking at the paperwork and asking follow-up questions, we found that all they did was realign the bumper, and even that was not done well. On one side of the bumper, the gap is still off (nearly identical to after it was hit). Any other accident we have been in, the body shop replaces the foam under the bumper because it gets compacted on impact (that is how it is designed). They also many times have to replace the brackets for the bumper since they often get bent (probably why the bumper is still not aligned properly). Since the car was hit while in "Park" and was hit hard enough to move the car almost 2 feet, we were also concerned about the transmission. All that they did for that is check the codes, which would never tell you if there is a problem with the park mechanism in the transmission. We had to fight with them to even do that much. Then, when we went to pick up the car, they tried claiming that the at fault insurance had sent us a check and that we needed to pay them from our own money. They told us to pay them or else we would not get our car back, and when we refused to pay, they called insurance and they found out that there was no check sent to us (which we already knew). They lied to try and get us to pay them when it was not our responsibility. They were rude every time we talked to them and kept on making excuses of why they could not fix the car properly then acted as though they were doing us a favor by doing the 30 minutes of work they did do (and once again did poorly). Our car was not taken care of, and we had to fight to get them to do as much as they did. Strait up the worst shop I have ever dealt with, and I will never go back. I also would like to point out that they had set me a message. Telling me that they were detailing my car. As you can tell from the photos, my car was not detailed. And the Chrome on the inside on my centwr dask area had been damaged while in their care. If you look at the photos attached, these are photos that were taken after they did the suppose of repairs. You can see that my black part that my license plate is attached to is still bent. They told me it was going to be replaced. It wasn't replaced, and it is bent as well as it looks like the Bumper is bent. I will be finishing the repairs myself and, as a novice, have already done a better job than this supposed professional shop. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle to another shop that will be honest with you and perform appropriate repairs. You should not trust any repairs they claim to have done and definitely do not pay them unless you can absolutely guarantee that the work is done and that it is your responsibility to pay. Very dishonest shop. To recap, blamed us for some of the damage done due to accident, did not properly fix damage then claiming everything was fixed, tried to get us to pay for supposed repairs when not our responsibility, and lying to do so. Does that sound like someone you want to do business with?

Overall I had an amazing experience with dealer collision center. To break down the process that i went through… Time: I dropped my car off on a Tuesday and picked it up the very next Tuesday. I feel they were very time efficient. Communication: as soon as I booked an appointment online they called me to talk about what I was wanting and to verify with me. After dropping off my car, I got 3 texts during the week with updates on how it was going. Cost/ convenience: luckily I was not paying for the service it was through someone’s insurance. That being said, there is an enterprise car rental right next door so it was very little hassle Quality: my car came back looking as good as new. I have 0 complaints here. Before the service they walked with me around my whole car and took photos of everything I needed fixed. Service: everyone was very kind and time efficient, no complaints here.

So far an upsetting experience. I will let my wife ,with all her patience, handle this experience. The show begins with this phone call: your car is repaired and ready for pickup. NOT SO FAST🤬 More to follow. Okay several months have passed since the beginning of this review and several more thousands of dollars from my Insurance Company to get this car complete the way it was supposed to be in the first place. my wife was vigilant with the company and developed a good repor with the owners. After much hard work and huge cost overruns the 2018 Honda Fit was Ready for pick up. 🤗 the phone call finally came and it truly was the call we had been waiting for. My wife went and picked the car and it looked as if it were Brand New. I now can truly recommend Dealer Collision Center. My review is complete. Thank you for making everything right ✅️ 🙏 💕

Dealer Collision did an amazing job at fixing the paint on a back panel of my car as well as replacing my bumper that had been backed into. All the staff members who helped through the process were kind and pleasant to work with. I ended up leaving a bag in my car that I needed while it was still being worked on and Jake took me back to grab it with no hassle. He was thorough at explaining where the process of the car was and what needed to continue to be done. Grateful for great care and work on my vehicle!

Got into an accident in my new car. Whole team was great from start to finish. Don’t know all their names but shout out to Ally for always taking my calls and keeping me in the loop. Took my porsche here that was wrecked. Porsche recommended them and are certified. Very friendly cooperative staff. Work was completed quickly and professionally. When went to pick up the car there was a small color difference in 1 of the panels. The service manager agreed with me with no argument or hesitation. They took the car back in and corrected the minor problem very fast. Even went extra mile to have me come look before reasembly to make sure. The work was top notch.
