This is difficult. In the past year or more Stephen Wade has lost their edge in the area of service and dependability. The waits for simple things like oil changes are way too long. Even with an advanced appointment on more occasions than I can count, the wait was at least 1 hour to an hour and a half longer than the promised time of completion. My last visit, I arrived even fifteen minutes earlier to try and alleviate this. I was told 45 minutes to an hour. I was there 1 hour and 50 minutes. I understand the challenges of having to work in alternate spaces until renovation is complete. But if itβs going to be two hours for an oil change thatβs a problem, especially when you have purchased 5 vehicles from your dealer, you desire your dealershipβs care and expertise and not local novices, and you live 45 minutes away. But we shall cope. I got to chat with my sales rep, Randy King about new Mazdaβs so I made the most of it! Praying for a speedy end to the renovation.

I feel very welcomed and seen here. Every single gentleman treated me with the upmost respect and care. They even followed up with me a few days later. They also have a great promotion offering oil changes that I find to be very enticing that I'm looking forward to purchasing. What great service. Got a call from the service department to make aware of a safety recall. Made the appointment accordingly and received confirmation of available part. Got to the appointment a few hours early, but the service advisor took care of it anyway. Received detailed video afterwards on what was done to the vehicle along with condition of other vital area. He set us up with a loner car (new CX50) which we used while they diagnosed the issue. Turned out to be a low battery issue and next morning we were on our way with our CX50. Everyone was great, but Henry was top-notch!

Everyone in the service department is friendly. They tell me about areas of concern, but there are no high pressure tactics for additional services. I decide when to have these repairs done. Reese Conrad has been my contact point for the last several visits, and he keeps me informed every step of the way. He is always courteous, and doesn't act condescending towards me, but explains things in a matter of fact way. Afterwards, he sends me a video of my vehicle being worked on, and I watch it at my leisure. I am very satisfied with the service, and would recommend Stephen Wade to anyone in the St. George area.

I was offered to purchase the package for 3 oil changes and 3 tire rotations at a good price. The service was good and convenient. I took my car to this shop to get new tires. I was from out of town and needed to travel to salt lake for work after. When I was on the freeway my tire blew out because it wasnβt installed correctly. I was lucky I didnβt blow out completely and that I didnβt get hurt. I called the dealership but the service department was closed and was told I would get a call back Tuesday. Luckily I found someone who was still open on the holiday weekend to help me. I had to have my donut tire installed. It turned my trip into a really stressful situation that wasnβt even safe for me. I got a callback from the guy who did my tires and he simply told me to find a dealership up in salt lake for them to replace my tire because it is under warranty. My frustration comes from me having to pay for the labor fee when they did a sloppy job where I was lucky this tire didnβt completely blow out when I was on the freeway. This was a hellish trip for me that would have been avoided if they had done the right thing with my car. Over 800 dollars later this is what their service got me.

The entire experience was very smooth from end to end and the service agent was very intentional with the time he spent with me. He also explained to me the best practices for routine maintenance mileage intervals that were not explicitly stated in the owners manual.

We purchased a new Cx-50 from Loraine. She was great to work with. Loraine wasn't pushy and and showed us every car we were interested in test driving. She was able to show us a RAV4 from the Toyota lot too. I highly recommend her if you're looking to buy a car. The finance manager, Tonia who did our loan was also great to work with. She too didn't push extra products, services and warranties on us. Tonia politely showed us some extras but when I told her we weren't interested in any of it except the three oil changes at a good price she didn't push it. We finished the loan without any pressure or stress. Go see Loraine and Tonia for an easy buying car experience.
