Interwest Rebuilders is one of the best businesses I have ever been to. When you have an experience like I had, you must share with others. I needed to change the starter on my 2000 Toyota Tundra. This is a difficult repair. Interwest took the time to give me valuable pointers on how to do this myself. I felt like I was talking to a friend that I have known forever, even-though I just met Jim a few minutes before. I would highly recommend Interwest and I wish that there were more company's like them. I look forward to the next time I need to see them. Update. Today is 05/04/2022. I needed a new alternator in my Honda Odyssey. Years later I am still so impressed with Jim and the team at Interwest Rebuilders. Not only do they have the best parts, they are so helpful and talked me through changing out the part it self. I would highly recommend Interwest Rebuilders to anyone.

I had been struggling with my car for a week. I did some WebMD auto stuff myself and thought I had to replace my alternator. Jim was super helpful and I bought an alternator through them for a great price to do it myself! Ambitious yes, after realizing it was going to be a massive chore due to the location of the alternator. Which was not where I thought it was. I ended up having it towed to Interwest. Jim called me up that same morning and told me it was the battery, not the alternator. He could have literally taken me for a ride but was super honest and saved me way more than I was expecting to end up paying! Highly Highly recommend them! Very knowledgable, super nice and honest!

I was told by three different mechanics that my 2015 accord needed a new alternator and battery totaling about $700 when all was said and done. I took it to Jim at Interwest and he showed me that the alternator was completely fine which saved me over $500 (I still needed to replace the battery.) Very very friendly and will definitely go back again. Super knowledgeable.

Fantastic, saved me so much money. Was told when I had my battery replaced elsewhere that I needed an new alternator. Not only did they quote me several hundred dollars less than it would have cost somewhere else, but after a quick check, they told me that the new battery fixed the problem and I didn't even need the new alternator. Didn't charge me a dime. These guys actually have your interest at heart, and won't try to sell you anything you don't need. Overall, very impressed.

These people are the best! My car was towed into the shop after hours and was ready by 9:00 am the following morning. That's service above and beyond. Jim actually came in early once the next morning once he learned the car was there and replaced my alternator.. The price was also very reasonable. I had an alternator rebuilt for a vintage Porsche by Interwest, and just today a starter/solenoid unit assessed and rebuilt with the specific problem solved. Maybe because it is for an old (common) Chevy small-block, but I dropped the starter off this AM and picked it up totally rebuilt, cleaned, painted and functional at closing. Great service by Jim and his crew. And did I mention affordable? 10+ rating from me.

We were on our first day visiting St George when our alternator failed. Hats off to Guys Auto Master for being too busy, but referring us to Interwest. They were absolutely amazing! They were so knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do. They got us in right away and were so quick at completing the job. The price also couldn’t be beat! The guys at the shop were so helpful and friendly. If you have alternator or starter problems I would definitely choose them.

Hello, I’ve done business with them before and always been very satisfied. This one takes the cake. I took my starter from my diesel Yan Mar in to get rebuilt, it was in fact un rebuildable, so we had to order a new one. Brian called me and said that my starter was supposed to have an 11 tooth Bendix gear and my starter, the old one only had nine teeth therefore it was the wrong starter. I’ve had that Tractor for 15 years and it’s always been almost impossible to start in the winter apparently because it was the wrong starter. After installing the new 11 tooth starter the hard starting disappeared. Thank you Brian for solving a 15 year problem. I didn’t even know I had. I couldn’t be more happy! Billy
