Bit confusing. Needed barked pads. Associate told.me about a package deal with brake clean, fluid and grease. They are out of grease. Then the credit card machine only wanted to run my credit card as a debit. It was okay but not smooth. I did get the loaner caliper tool.. that was smooth.

Tyler was awesome! Took care of us, got the battery warranty replaced and ran a diagnostic code and supplied a printed out copy of the diagnostic report! He was quick, effective, and even helped fix a mistake of an employee at another location! Tyler is great!

I had a dying battery and Tom I believe his name was, was very helpful! I was in and out in 20 minutes. He made sure to check if I had a warranty, and luckily I did! (Auto zone offers warranties with a lot of their car parts which I find so amazing, especially in today’s economy) He also helped me replace my battery since I didn’t have a clue on where to start, and was very kind and efficient

Ran over something like tar that exploded all over sides of car in identical splatter patterns. Young lady inside this location made a few recommendations, came out, looked and recommended Goo Gone made for Automotive. Highly recommended. 2 Women and some elbow grease!! We got it off of car. Money well spent. Had we listened to the guys in an auto shop down the street, we would've been out alot of money. Cause all they saw were dollar signs. "Be careful of wolves in sheep's clothing"

I can honestly say I’ll be an auto zone customer for life. I was so very impressed with their customer service yesterday. Dan, the manager was so kind to help me install my battery in my RV. Then Taylor was so kind to help me check all the fluids and make sure it was road ready. I blindly bought a vintage airstream motorhome and had no idea where everything was. I would honestly make the trip again just to visit this location. They truly care and are very knowledgeable. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart. We made it home safe with NO issues thanks to you!

I’ve gone to this AutoZone many times, and they are always incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Yesterday, my rearview mirror came off. This had happened once before, and when my husband tried to fix it, he accidentally cracked the entire windshield by trying to push it back on. Since he’s away for work, I knew I couldn’t risk forcing it myself, even though I had a general idea of how it needed to be done. I just needed a little extra help to take the mount off the windshield. I called the AutoZone on Bluff Street, and a friendly gentleman answered. I didn’t catch his name, but he invited me to stop by so they could take a look. He made no promises, which I appreciated. When I arrived, both workers were helping other customers, so I waited in line. Tyler greeted me when it was my turn and the other worker said hi when he realized he had just talked to me on the phone. Tyler was a bit unsure of the situation at first but was willing to help and had such a polite, friendly attitude. I explained what I remembered from the last time, and together we figured it out. I was having trouble removing the mirror holder and plastic cover myself, but Tyler and I worked together to get it apart. I also knew I wouldn’t be able to reattach the small round pin on my own, so we tried a few things in the car before going inside to grab better tools. I only had a thick flathead screwdriver with me. Tyler found the right tools, and together we managed to get the mirror reassembled and securely back in place. I was so happy and thankful for the help. I told Tyler I could take care of the final reassembly, and I was able to do that once I got back to my car. This store consistently delivers amazing customer service. From the kind voice on the phone to the team’s willingness to help despite being busy, I’m just really impressed. Tyler was not only helpful, he was coachable, trusted me, and didn’t give up. Thanks to him, we got it done. I truly appreciate this level of care and service.

Van wouldn't start in morning in St George while on my Singer/songwriter concert tour thru Baja, PHX, Mesquite,Utah & CO. Jump started then drove to AutoZone and Ethan saved the day!!! I usually come here all the time and everything is great. But I came here a few minutes before close on Tuesday the 20th to grab some exhaust clips which I was getting myself and the second on the dime it turned 9pm the manager i believe was yelling at us to get out because his store was closed. He was very rude and unprofessional.
