A Sneeze, A Crash, and the Hero of Red Rock Collision!” Have you ever sneezed your way into a car accident? Well I have. Picture this: a beautiful day in St. George, UT, me enjoying a leisurely drive, and then - Achoo! Achoo! Achoo! - suddenly, my beloved Jeep acquaints itself a bit too closely with the car in front. Oops! Now What? Find a place to fix it… right??? Next I’m googling best place to fix sad jeeps. And Red Rock Collision Center, or as I like to call it, “The Jeep Resuscitation Hub.” Pops up!!!!! Ring ring ring and I’m set up to be fixed immediately…. Now, dealing with insurance companies can be less fun than a root canal at a clown convention. Mine was particularly delightful, submitting bids like they were playing Pin the Tail on the Donkey - blindfolded and dizzy. Phone calls? Ignored. Emails? Lost in the digital void. But then, DJ from Red Rock stepped in. This man didn’t just go the extra mile; he ran a marathon on my behalf. Fighting with the tenacity of a honey badger and the patience of a saint, DJ navigated the labyrinth of insurance nightmares. He was like a superhero! And the result? My Jeep is back, not just restored but in a state that makes its pre-sneeze self look like a mere rough draft. It’s like it went to a spa and came back saying, “Look at me now!” So, to anyone in St. George who finds themselves in a fender bender, or a sneeze-and-crash scenario, Red Rock Collision Center is your go-to.

Great service and repair of our Ford F150 after a collision. Kurtis was straight forward and transparent about the repairs. He explained issues very well and went above and beyond making sure the at fault's insurance paid appropriately. I wanted OEM parts used for the repairs, which most insurance companies refuse to pay for, but Kurtis made it happen. While it took longer than anticipated to work through finding the parts and managing the insurance companies hurdles, we are totally satisfied with Red Rock's service and would recommend them wholeheartedly!

I had a great experience with Red Rock Collision and Repair. Their customer service was excellent, and they met all my expectations. I dropped off my Sprinter van 12/19 for front roof damage after running into my house roof at low speed. They called me on Christmas Eve to let me know the van would be ready by the end of the day. I picked it up just after 2:00 PM, and everything looks awesome. No issues at all—I'm very happy with the work they did
