Traveling through St. George and noticed something off with my truck. Went to the service department first thing Monday morning and had the pleasure of meeting Bill Bertram. Despite it probably being the worst day to show up, Bill checked me in, had a diagnosis and out the door by early afternoon. I couldn't ask for a better experience. I showed up 30 minutes early before my scheduled appointment. I was promptly greeted by someone. They told me where to go to check-in. When I got to the counter and got checked in, they told me it would be about a 2 hour wait. They showed me that my filters needed to be changed, which was nice to see. The entire process took an hour! Tim and the other man there, were really nice and answered all my questions. I also love how clean everything was!

This is by far the worst experience I have had with Stephen Wade Chevrolet Service. I have bought 3 cars from you guys in the last 8 years all with regular service appointments. This time I asked to have the filters changed and routine maintenance. I waited there for the car Edwin was my advisor. After nearly two hours of wait because they have to take apart something to get to one of the filters I pay almost $200 just to turn on my car with the check engine light on. I went back in and Edwin and David were talking/looking at the car and said this piece wasn’t reconnected properly and got the light off. I was hesitant but they ensured it was good. Drive it home the next night I went to leave the light is back on I called got it back on only to be told it’ll be $175 to run diagnostics and from there we will see. Conveniently another guy is in there after just having tires on with a sensor going off. This isn’t how to make money. Today I call because now there is a service tire pressure system alert on. I called and get talked down to like I am stupid. I will take my service elsewhere and will make sure my next car purchase soon will be elsewhere.

I had my 2024 Silverado to Stephen Wade auto center on Saturday night. On Monday I called the shop and talked to David. He told me that they did not have any appointments for the week. He phoned me Monday afternoon and told me they figured out the problem and ordered the part and part should be there in a few days. David called me on Tuesday afternoon and told me they were done with the truck.... I asked if he changed the oil. He told me that I did not request for that service, (I forgot to ask), David told me to give him around 1 hour. Guess what? He got it done. Great service from the Stephen Wade auto center. Many thanks to Dave, Tom and Vicki for a flawless service visit. Vicki handled the scheduling including documenting my laundry list of service requests - very well done and clear and concise. Dave ran the show on the service floor and was very accommodating with my myriad of programming and maintenance requests, not to mention tolerating my hourly status visits in a 6 1/2 hr marathon. Lastly, Tom did all of the programming work, fighting through a VWP failure to end up with a perfect update and a very happy customer! Overall a very long ordeal with excellent results - thanks to the entire Stephen Wade Chevrolet team!

I was given my keys from the service desk and signed the paperwork. Once I got to my car I had to take the plastic off the seat and the paper floor mat out. I had to walk into the showroom floor and ask where I could through the trash away. The front office accepted the trash. This took many steps for me and as an elderly person with mobility issues I felt a bit put apon. I spent time doing someone else's job. I will return to the service department as I am obligated while my car is still in warranty. Wish I could give 5 stars, but not this time.
