I had a recall for the battery on my Jeep hybrid. The battery took ages to come from the manufacturer, but Tony kept me in the loop every step of the way. I got a text twice a week to just let me know the battery hadn’t come. They paid for a rental for me - for a month! - and even returned it for me when I picked up my Jeep so I didn’t have to try to go back and forth in their shuttle. Seriously, people always say repairs at a dealership are more expensive and you can get things done the same somewhere else. Stephen Wade has my business for life. For all maintenance, repairs, anything I need, these guys will be who I take my vehicles to!

Me and my fiancé were looking to upgrade from my F150 to a F250 the ford dealership wasn’t very helpful or friendly. We came in they showed us a very nice 2022 Lariat F250. Runs great and the only issue we found when we got home was as the passenger side mirror wouldn’t close. They said they would fix it with no argument or issues and they did with a new mirror from ford. Extremely happy with this dealership. They great job!

This may post twice. Sorry...... Been using Stephen Wade service for years, including UHP Patrol Vehicles. Always satisfied with their work. At least three or four personal vehicles done as well. Advisor Robert stayed on top of things and always called me first, never making me wait. Friendly and outgoing, quick as well seeing that I brought the car in right before X-mas. No complaints here!!!! If we could avoid the TAX it could be even better. Inside joke. Thanks!!! Oil service, tire rotation, check possible "other" issue.

Took my vehicle to S Wade yesterday. As with all other S Wade dealerships in my area, service department is top notch. Best part are the service advisors. I was lucky to have gotten Robert. I found him to be courteous and professional. I will ask for him in future service dealings. While waiting I observed other service advisors communicate complex issues with their customers. They too impressed me as being knowledgeable but were able to explain the issues very well to their customer. I think the same for Robert. I would gladly recommend S Wade service to anyone. I am familiar with the Chevy service as I used to go there and think the other S Wade auto brands are probably of the same quality. Thank you Santiago
