Great experience. Came in for blown fork seals. After talking about problems I’d had riding, Kadin thought he could fix them with a revalve of the front forks since the bike was already sprung to my weight. He rebuilt the front and rear shocks and did the revalve on the front. I wouldn’t have known to ask for it but his experience told him what needed to be done. What a difference properly tuned suspension makes on a bike, and Kadin is a great guy to work with. Showed me videos of the work and gave me the old parts, which I thought was great. Price was more than fair too! Can highly recommend Factory Off Road’s services! Thanks guys.

Kadin was an absolute lifesaver. We road tripped across the country from Michigan to Utah riding dirt bikes in different states. I ended up having a crash and messed up my clutch and some other parts just trying to get my bike out of the spot I was in. I called every shop in the area and nobody would help and said they were a few weeks out. He ended up opening his shop when he was closed to help me work on my bike then loaned me some clutch parts from his bike to finish out my trip. Absolute lifesaver! 🙏🏼 Then we ended up booking a ride with his Guide and buddy Merrill. The ride was sick and totally worth it! If you need anything I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to their shop for work or a ride!

But he still took the time to dig through his spare parts for a head rebuild kit for me on my short trip riding in Utah. Also stayed late and gave me the parts!
