Took a ride to Stephen Wade Nissan for a recall I received. I was approached by Trent Woodland one of the service advisors. Right off he was very accommodating. I showed him the recall for my Marano and wanted to make an appointment to get it taken care of, he said do you have a couple of hours we can do it for you right now. I have never had such good experience with a service department. Normally, they all seem to hate their job and take it out on the customers by being very rude Steven Wade Nissan is completely different very Principal service advisor. This is actually the second time they have it the white give treatment. Couple of sensors replaced. As usual Richard was attentive and communicated effectively. Service was performed quickly and the issues have not returned. Dealer prices are probably a little higher, I didn't shop around though, but for the reason mentioned above I don't mind the extra cost.
