One of our employees got in a wreck and damaged the front of our shuttle van. I am always concerned with this damage especially for a company vehicle because I never know if it will look the same again and this was a new van. Fantastic experience! I was rear ended and the insurance company wanted to totaled my car, D and D helped make the process easier, they worked for the customer not the insurance company. They are on your side! In addition to great customer service the end product on my car looks great and they even cleaned car and let me pick it up on a Saturday! I hope I won’t be needing more repairs soon, but if I do I’ll be coming back here.

A year ago my mom hit a deer causing damage to my truck. I chose D & D to do the repairs due to them being able to get me in quick. After repairing my truck, I noticed several things that were missed. I informed them and they were great working with me at that time and getting me in. The owner was very friendly and seemed to care at that time. When it got done the second time there were still things missed, informed them and they were great about getting me in again. The third time, still things not fixed correctly. After that they have been difficult getting a hold of and wanted more money to fix things that should have been fixed the first time. There wasn’t anything new I was wanting fixed, only problems that occurred during that accident that should have been fixed the first time. The hood has two decent sized dents that are noticeable in the light (the hood was smashed if from the deer,) under the driver side headlight there are chips and sanding marks on the paint (this part was completely replaced,) the grill is still not aligned correctly, and the wheel well plastic is loose it wasn’t secured properly as noted in the picture's (this was replaced as well.) These are little things, but when a shop gets paid thousands of dollars to repair a vehicle it should be in the shape it was in before the accident, not slopped together. Just taking a moment to rate the auto shop and the work they did on my car. I had an accident and I was the fault, so naturally I'm just grateful #1 no injuries and #2 we had full coverage on our vehicle. I was able to drive my car so I thought I'd look up different options and take in for estimates. So I started reading reviews on Google as my last auto body shop experience was very difficult and they missed some things. I wasn't going back there. The first call I made was to D and D Auto. They were happy to take a look right away. I drove over and they immediately started to put an estimate together in a efficient and timely manner. They were transparent about what the insurance has estimated, you never know how good of an estimate you can get from just sending in photos. Turned out that I appreciated such wonderful communication and seemed like they were very confident that they could have my car done in a timely manner. Fast Forward to picking up the vehicle... Again customer service was really good and it had been a busy week for all. I wasn't aware that I should use cash or cashier's check, but I appreciated that Kirsten told me and even used her lunch break to run me to the bank so I didn't have to pay a huge fee to the place that processes debit/credit cards. You learn something new all the time! We got back and settled the paperwork and payment and they said that they were going to bring my car out but they were going to wipe down a few things. I was impressed when I looked out and saw the owner and employees were literally shinning up so many things and my car looked like a brand new car! 😊 They didn't miss anything and we're so happy with the service and company!! I have never had such a great experience with an auto shop or anything like it. Kirsten was truly a gem to meet and communicate with. She made sure i was kept aware of everything throughout the process. She made sure the job was done correct. The team that does the hands on stuff was also phenomenal. I got a recommendation from a local mechanic and boy am I happy. These guys do phenomenal work. They are quick and accurate on their bid. Super friendly owner and wonderful talking to Kirsten at the front desk. They repainted my back bumper.
