Horrible, unprofessional experience!! Nothing went right. 1. Arrived at 8:00 am ready to buy a truck. The showroom was virtually empty except for employees who just walked past me with no offer to help. When I mentioned I had to hunt someone down after 15 minutes, I was told they were in a meeting. Don't open at 8:00am if you are not going to have a person to help customers. 2. Test drove truck and ready to buy. Then told $8,000 off I was quoted was not available as I wanted zero interest, (I stated I wanted zero interest before test driving the truck.) Then they said we could not purchase the truck we test drove as it was tagged not to sell. 3. After 3 hours with still very little customers in the dealership, we selected another truck. They stated it would need to be transferred from their dealership 45 minutes away. (The internet said it was on the lot) They said this happens from time to time. When I expressed my concern of the length of time things were taking for our salesperson to go back and forth with management when we had only test driven 1 vehicle and they said they could not obtain the payoff on the lease I was turning in, (I was able to call and received this while waiting for my salesperson.) I stated we were leaving they apologized and said they would call us when the truck for us arrived. I would have still purchased from them if I would have gotten a call sooner. 2 1/2 hours later I got a call from Ford. After leaving Ford, We test drove 2 trucks and was leaving the finance dept with a new truck in less time then we had spent at Ford. I would NEVER buy from this dealership unless under different management!!!! I would buy from Alfredo at Stephen Wade over and over.

I just had my truck serviced for oil change because of the advantage care package and when I got home, I noticed my air filter was not clicked all the way down and this is what I found. They apparently didn’t check any of this and get back to me. I have my Ford edge service two weeks before this and had an oil leak that they told me nothing about and then put all the wrong mileage on my sticker in the corner. I don’t know when my next service is technically due. I have a F150 that they service too, but I’m really worried about taking it back there now

The service department is AWESOME! Danny Bills provided me daily updates and worked with my warranty company to get my truck fixed fast. I will always happily drive up from Cedar City to avoid Cedar Motor Company. You guys rock!! The pricing was more than fair considering it was a dealer. Good job as always!!

Sales customer service. I saw the Facebook ad about paying off trade ins with negative equity. That’s me right now. I started out by messaging them about it but they didn’t want to do much remotely or “over the phone” and only wanted us in store. I browsed the options they had in store and decided I’d like to look at a couple options in store. The person messaging had set me up an appointment but I was delayed and was about 40 minutes late. The nice lady at the desk had no idea who was going to see me (and couldn’t access their system for whatever reason). The one I was scheduled with was out. No problem. They found another salesman available, Chase. He was a nice kid. Showed me everything I wanted to see. I made a decision to apply for financing on a vehicle. We sat around chatting for a bit while waiting on the financing department. Eventually Chase let me know they are not likely to have a decision that day and that he’d call me the next day. I went home, had a question about one of the other cars I drove since I wanted to tell my husband a bit about it. The direct line on the card he gave went to voicemail. The next week (I visited on a Wednesday) I called the number again. No answer or voicemail. On the card it had an office number too, also didn’t work. I looked up the main number and gave them a call. Turns out Chase no longer works there. The person on the phone had to figure out who was my new sales person and they’d call me back. Little bit latter I got a call from Chad. He’s a long time employee so that’s great. Less likely to ghost me. He didn’t have all the information to understand where we were at so he said he’d call me back after some time. I assumed he got busy. The next day I called back in and was transferred to his voicemail. Two more days and I get a letter in the mail letting me know they are unable to finance me for private reasons. All I needed was a quick call “hey, unable to get financing at this time. Thanks” I was ghosted twice. Not great in terms of customer service or follow up. I will not be able to recommend them or use them for future purchases.

We purchased two vehicles from Ken Garff in the last couple months. Steve Heath was our salesperson for both of them. We have known Steve for several years and he has spent A LOT of time with us over the years showing us vehicles and allowing us to test drive them, but until recently we had yet to actually purchase a vehicle from him. Regardless, he always took the time with us each time and never let the lack of prior purchases change how he acted or treated us. We are glad it finally worked out this time, and twice. I would recommend Ken Garff sales and specifically Steve to anyone I know. We were treated more than fair and Steve (and Eric in finance) made the process simple and easy. I traded vehicles in with both purchases and was pleased with the offers each time. I’ll definitely be back for my next Ford.

In my opinion, they pulled a bait-and-switch on us. The evening before we were to go to Ken Garff St. George Ford, our salesperson, Cameron, said the vehicle was still there (it had been advertised for several weeks as a 2025 Bronco Sport with the Sasquatch Package). When we arrived before noon the next day, it had "miraculously" been sold. He tried to sell us a 2026 model, but Ford had discontinued the military discount on that model. I informed Cameron that Cedar City Ford had a similar vehicle coming from Salt Lake City and asked if I could call Cedar City Ford to have them compete for my business. He then advised me that he "doesn't want to play those games." I took my business to Friendly Ford in Las Vegas, where I purchased a 2025 Bronco Sport with the Sasquatch Package. This has soured my desire to do business with Ken Garff St. George Ford in the future.

What a great experience. This company is a prime example of why people still want to go to a dealership rather than buy online. From the mechanic to the GM, this place is top of its kind. I bought a used car and felt I was treated as if I were paying for a brand new Ford Mustang GTD. Jeremiah was my salesman and this guy…forget about it!! He is terrific and I strongly recommend asking for him if you want to buy. He will take care of you from start to finish!!

We were travelling through the area when the drive shaft fell off our truck while towing our trailer. We called ahead and were told that the dealership would absolutely be able to help us the same day (Saturday). Based on that assurance, we had both the truck and trailer towed to the dealership. When we arrived, we were told that they could not assist us for at least two days and that we would need to move both the truck and trailer elsewhere. This meant arranging and paying for a second tow. Being stranded while travelling is stressful enough, and we relied on the information provided to us when deciding where to tow our vehicle. Unfortunately, the information we received was inaccurate and resulted in additional cost and inconvenience for us. I hope management will review how information is communicated to customers in situations like this, as accurate guidance is critical for travellers dealing with unexpected breakdowns.

I've been bringing my vehicles to Ken Garff St. George Ford Service Center since 2016, and I couldn't be more pleased with the consistently outstanding service I've received. This dealership has set the bar for what automotive service should be. Brad Carlson, my service advisor, is simply the best. He's incredibly responsive, communicates clearly about what my vehicle needs, and always shoots straight with me—no upselling or unnecessary recommendations. What I appreciate most is his willingness to accommodate last-minute appointments when emergencies arise. The entire staff is friendly and courteous, making every visit pleasant. The check-in and check-out process is seamless and efficient—no hassle, no wasted time. I love the convenience of the text updates with a link to track my service progress in real-time. It's a small touch that makes a huge difference when you're trying to plan your day. The shuttle service is another fantastic perk. Instead of sitting in the waiting room, I can head to my office and stay productive, knowing my vehicle is in capable hands. After nearly nine years of service here, I can confidently say that Ken Garff St. George Ford Service Center has earned my trust and loyalty.

If I could give zero stars, I would. To start, I will say the gentleman I worked with there was nice and did a good job. None of this review is against him. This dealership recently ran a predatory "Credit Forgiveness" campaign that is nothing more than a blatant bait-and-switch. They blast social media with ads promising things like $1 down and "vouchers" that supposedly unlock massive benefits for people with less-than-perfect credit. Don't fall for it. I showed up with said “voucher”, expecting them to honor the deals they advertised at least to some extent. Instead, the "benefits" were nonexistent. To make matters worse, they claim they’ll give you more for your trade-in, up to $4,000 more—that was complete nonsense. They lowballed the trade-in value on both my cars and suddenly all the "$1 down, bad credit no credit no problem" talk vanished as soon as we sat down to talk numbers. They are clearly targeting people who are in a tough spot just to get them through the door, only to provide zero help once you're there. It's a waste of time, gas, and energy. If you see their "sponsored" ads for these events, keep scrolling. They have no intention of honoring these "claims." Worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealer. They do whatever it takes to make the experience a real highlight in a person's life... no matter the circumstance. As a self-employed person, that stands out. The impression lasts. Tim Perry made this the easiest and most comfortable car-buying experience I’ve ever had. From start to finish, there was zero pressure and none of the usual dealership runaround. We bought a 3 year old Explorer from Jason just about a month ago, and I should have written my 5 star review that day :). He was one of the greatest salesmen I’ve ever worked with, and immediately was welcoming to my wife and kids who were already not excited about trying to find a vehicle on a hot summer day. They made the process so easy, and him and the finance manager, Eric, were both so friendly and patient and helpful. It was the fastest I’ve ever gone through the paperwork process buying a car as well. I had never met Jason before buying our car there, and he ran into us several weeks later while shopping and remembered me by name, and introduced me to his family and bragged on my kids to them :). I cannot speak highly enough of the experience we had there, and know I will return the next time I need a vehicle.

This visit was for a full 100K service, and everything went flawlessly from start to finish.
