My wife was traveling through southern Utah in our 2023 4runner when she started to hear popping in the front end. The 4runner is equipped with Total Chaos UCA's, so I had a pretty good idea it was time to lubricate bushings and uniballs. Called up Dixie 4 Wheel Drive and they were more than happy to take her in quickly and get her back on the road to SLC. You know this business really cares when they will perform a 30 minute on the spot job in the interest of safety and piece of mind!

Everytime we come to Sand Hollow we break something. This time was a rear ring and pinion. We rolled into Dixie at 4pm on a Monday and they identified the parts, ordered them, worked late on Tuesday to get us back up and on the trails. So much thanks to Bryce and his crew

Seriously the best shop I have ever been too. Every last person I bumped into on this property was awesome. Mechanics really care about the customer and so does the rest of the staff. We even had Milt himself lead us down Milt's Mile and he is awesome. Highly recommend this shop!

My wife just bought her dream Jeep and Dixie Four Wheel Drive has been incredible from the start. Remington took the time to walk us through options for bumpers, sliders, and winches, and offered support by email, text, or in-store—super helpful since we're upgrading in stages. We started with Westin rock sliders, and the installation was flawless and on time. Bryce was also amazing, showing us different builds in progress and helping us visualize what's next. Huge thanks to the whole team for your patience, ideas, and great service—we’re excited for the next round of upgrades!

I’ve had to go back through and redo and fix work I’ve had done at Dixie four wheel drive. This (used relay) and very cheap non weather proof fuse block is just one example. I literally go out of my way now to go elsewhere for help. These parts were installed approximately 8 months ago and are just deteriorating because they are cheap and sub par. This is on a 5 year old vehicle not some weekend beater btw. Self tapping screws were used where a thoughtful quality attachment hardware would have been easy, didn’t even use stainless steel. $400+ on a $6.99 Autozone part ( I checked) and a $7.00 relay. Stuff like this…. 🥴😞. This terrible workmanship nearly left me stranded with no locker and no air compressor. They also performed clearancing for me, it was not cheap. They used some cheap mild Steele that was poorly painted, not primed or treated which is just flaking off and rusting. They riveted the metal on after I specifically asked them not to. I specifically asked for it to be welded. They did not call me to say it could not welded. When I picked my 2019 Tacoma up.. I had no choice. Once you get work done… they literally couldn’t care less to talk to you again. If I could do it all over again, I would go to Red Desert Offroad or just anywhere else. Red Desert Offroad fixed some of their terrible work and had excellent communication.

These guys know their stuff. I was very impressed. I went in for one thing and after talking with them, I had recommendations for two other upgrades. Online research is good to a point. However, there is no substitute to having experts available to speak with. They have a busy shop and chances are that they can actually show you work in progress for many modifications. I'll update my review next week after my mod/upgrade is complete.

On my first day out on papa smurf I broke an inner axle. This was at noon on a Friday. I got my jeep into the shop at about 1pm. They close at 3. Milt and Bryce (Crash Bandicoot). Stayed till it was fixed and had me back on the trail the next day....They will definitely get my business when I am back in town. Thanks Guys!

Down for the week to visit Sand Hollow found out I needed an off-road safety flag for my Jeep. I was referred to Dixie Wow. Great store cool Jeeps outside really nice guys. They had the parts I needed and had Kyle, one of their fabricators weld on a new mount and throw the flag on. I couldn’t be happier, great service. I would definitely do business there again.

These pictures were taken after 1 mile of testing the new hydro assist that I paid Dixie 4x4 a lot of money to install. I was very disappointed to find that they did not check clearance before finishing the job. Cycling the suspension is a basic thing to do anytime you adjust any type of steering or suspension components. I was told that they didn’t do it because it costs more money. I asked why then did I never get a call giving me the option to do it and the response I got was because I seemed “ Low Budget”. This wasn’t the first comment from them discriminating based on their assumed social class. I also asked them if this was acceptable work to them and I was told that it was fine and that all it did was scratch my stickers. You can tell the brand new parts I paid good money for are damaged way worse than just the stickers. The only positive experience I had with these guys is that they quoted me $125/hr I verified that they knew I was providing my own parts, they verified that the rate was the same and even asked me which hydro kit I was bringing then after looking at the invoice they actually charged me more per hour than they quoted. I talked to them about it and they did refund the difference. They did not however do anything to fix the clearance issue, they did not replace or cover the cost to replace the damaged parts, and I did have to go back and completely relocate the ram, and fab sole brakes for the ram that of course they don’t pay me their hourly rate to fix their issues. Long story short. If you like go and blow with out checking fitment or clearance and poor after sale customer service use these guys. If you like good attention to detail and honest integrity after they get your money I would suggest a different shop. I try not to be this person and I did try to give these guys the opportunity to correct the issue and make it right. As a small business owner myself I understand that mistakes happen and to me what makes or breaks a good review from a bad one is how the mistake is taken care of and if they own it or just throw it on the customer. Unfortunately this was thrown on me. If anyone would like more info than I put here please reach out directly or reference my Instagram and Youtube posts.

Could not have asked for a better experience from Bryce and his crew. They set up my Lexus GX 550, with a lift and new tires/rims. She still drives smooooth as ever! Highly recommend these guys. Very knowledgeable, top tier work and products, and their customer service alone deserves 10 stars.

I can NOT say enough good things about Dixie. We came in with our new Jeep Rubicon for some upgrades. We dealt with Tara at the beginning of the process. She was so friendly...and, luckily, patient. It took us a bit to decide what we wanted to do. We had a unique situation and they worked with us through all of it!! Bryce was there when we picked up our Jeep. He went through all of the upgrades. Made sure we didn't have any questions. He checked on us the next week...knowing we were going to wheel in Moab. I would recommend Dixie to anyone!!! Make the drive to them if you have to...we came all the way from Florida :-)

The customer service at Dixie 4 Wheel Drive was second to none. My wife and I were in the area and on a whim decided to visit Sand Hollow State Park with our new Ford Bronco. We stopped by to get some advice on how to install a safety flag which was required at the State Park. The owner and his son set us up with a beautiful mount that installed on the rear tailgate hinge. The owner even installed it for us at no additional charge. While we were there the owner's wife and son both were very helpful offering us suggestions on where we could take our Bronco for a nice off road drive. This is a full service 4 Wheel Drive shop specializing in off road builds, but it has a family run business feel to it and they were just as attentive to our small need for a saftey flag as they would be to a huge project. My wife and I would highly recommend Dixie 4 Wheel Drive for any off road need you may have from a simple flag to a complex 4 wheel drive build. It was refreshing to see that excellent customer service still exists today.

A Worthy Trek: From Vegas to Dixie 4 Wheel Drive We made the drive from Las Vegas to Dixie 4 Wheel Drive in St. George to get a spring collar lift installed on my Ford Ranger Raptor, and it was worth every mile. It is rare to find this level of professionalism and genuine customer service in the industry. A massive thank you to Bryce for being so accommodating and fitting us in on such short notice. If you’re looking for a team that actually knows their way around a high-performance suspension, this is the place. We couldn’t be happier with the experience!…
