My 09 Toyota Camry was in need of a new radiator, and they got me in quickly. A couple of weeks later, I noticed my car was having issues again, so I brought it back. The team quickly found the issue—a damaged hose—and got it replaced. When I told them I didn’t have the funds to fix it right away, they were so understanding. They let me know I could return when I was ready and never made me feel ashamed about it. Today, I brought my car back for an oil change, and Emily was so amazing to work with! Everyone here is incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly. They go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of. I’ll definitely recommend them to everyone I know. Michael and the crew helped me with an immediate car problem. The blonde lady, I think she was the General Manager, she explained everything to me and it's importance. I'm very grateful to you guys EDIT Sat Aug 23 I called yesterday afternoon about getting my car inspected from bump collision. The receptionist gave very confusing directions, take it in Sat, then schedule appointment for Monday to head head mechanic quote, and then later in week come by to have it fixed. As directed I came in, told them of the situation and a young college looking kid with strawberry blonde hair said they can't work on Fiats. I was just here 3 weeks ago. I'm downgrading my rating over this. Hope they fire these lazy kids who don't want to work.

I’ll describe a situation I had and you all can make your opinion- I recently bought a car and took it here for an oil change for my first time because I had a coupon. At checkout I expected the price to be about $50 but it was $70 and they said it was because my car needed extra oil which I thought was weird. Three weeks after I check fluids before driving out of town and I notice I am overfilled. I drive to another oil change shop and they said they drained an excess of 3 quarts out. A woman named Carrie called me back and admitted to filling it an extra 1.4 quarts because they got the motor type wrong. She said she would make it right and asked me to come in. I asked if it was just to check my dip stick and she said no I’ll do that and check your oil too plus give you a coupon. I arrive and all she does is check the dip stick which was now spot on thanks to the other guys. I asked for a refund for the service and she refused. She said she could refund only $7 for an extra quart or give me a free oil change for the future. I took the oil change but felt there was no acknowledgement of my time, or the wear on the motor driving overfilled for three weeks. She could have just mailed me that coupon instead of having me come in again. Just sloppy work and customer service in my opinion.

Went in to get an oil change this last weekend. Went home and when I tried to get out my driver's door handle just fell into my hand. Talked with Carrie and she said that her team member noticed a crack in the handle and that she felt that they were not responsible after reviewing the camera footage. I called them within 10 mins of leaving there shop and no one had an issue getting out of the vehicle she said and so they believe they are not responsible. Been going there for several years now, but they have been running poorly for the last year. Had an issue or 2 in recent times but this one shows me who they are now. Will not be back

I want to share an experience that really shook me, in hopes it prevents someone else from being taken advantage of. Recently, I met potential buyers at Speed Lube so they could inspect my vehicle. I’ve owned this car for over five years and it has been extremely reliable. In fact, I had it fully checked just three days earlier, and it was confirmed to be in excellent condition with no issues. During the inspection, however, the buyers suddenly claimed the car had multiple problems — including a supposed check-engine light — and then offered me a price far below Blue Book value. None of what they claimed lined up with the recent inspection or my long-term ownership experience. What raised serious concern afterward was learning that a family member of the buyers works as a mechanic at that same location. That connection made the situation feel less like a coincidence and more like a coordinated attempt to devalue my car. I can’t prove intent, but the experience was unsettling enough that I feel strongly compelled to warn others: If you’re having a vehicle inspected for a sale, be cautious about where you go and who is involved. Always get a second opinion, trust documentation from a reputable and independent shop, and don’t let anyone pressure you into accepting a deal that doesn’t make sense. If sharing this helps even one person avoid a bad situation, it’s worth speaking up.
