I bought my BMW 435i from Specialties Automotive back in October, and since then I’ve taken it to a few different shops around St. George for service and repair quotes. After dealing with high fees and long wait times, I decided to reach out to Specialties’ dealership automotive shop this week and was pleasantly surprised. They gave me a great quote to replace my rear brake pads, sensors, and rotors. Since I live an hour away, they even worked with me over the phone to ensure the correct parts were ordered, and guaranteed that if anything was wrong, the shop would cover it. They initially quoted me $700 with a 2–4 hour timeframe, but they finished the job in under an hour and a half—and for less than the original quote! The entire experience was smooth, honest, and efficient. I’d highly recommend them to any BMW owner who loves driving these cars but doesn’t want to overpay for parts and labor.

I was given a great deal on a beautiful car that i’ve wanted for a long time. The staff that i talked to over the phone were also very helpful and kind.
