I would recommend Bear Lake RV to anyone who is having problems with their RV. Kelly was great. He showed up on time and diagnosed the problem quickly. We had 2 different RV's with problems. He was able to to do an immediate fix on one.(air conditioner) He needed a part for the refridgerator on the other. He came back later with the part and fixed that one. I thought he was very reasonably priced. I was actually surprised he didn't charge me more. I now have him saved as a contact in my phone.

Incredible flexible and thorough service from Kelly. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering his services. I had a very unique situation where I was picking up an RV in Vegas and driving north to Montana but temps were getting freezing in Southern Utah, and I didn't have time to winterize myself in Vegas, so I reached out to Kelly and he was super accommodating, willing to meet me the next day in St. George in the late afternoon to winterize my new RV as the sun was going down in a parking lot just off the interstate. I had some cheaper options (and also some more expensive options), but I chose Kelly for his overwhelming passion and confidence in the task, his flexibility to meet me on my optimal schedule, and his desire to walk me through the entire process so I could do it myself in the future. We communicated extremely well via text as I had a lot of moving parts that day, flying to Vegas, picking up the RV, and navigating the tricky time zone change as I drove the 2 hours to St George in my first time in the RV. He beat me to the meeting spot by a good 10 minutes. Upon arrival, he jumped right into action, walking me through all the different plumbing systems, including some oddities specific to my RV, beginning the winterization process, and ensuring no leaks along the way. Simultaneously, he offered to get out his ladder and check the roof to see if there were any trouble spots there, and unfortunately, we found a large crack in the fiberglass at the front of the RV (I wasn't able to get on the roof before the purchase so was unable to check this myself in advance). We thoroughly discussed all possibilities of resolving the issue (with limited time that evening because this was an unexpected complication), and ultimately we decided the best option was to temporarily seal it with eterna-bond tape - which of course Kelly had on hand - to prevent additional water intrusion until I could perform a more permanent fix, and he documented it thoroughly it so I could have the necessary info to pursue warranty coverage. In total, we spent a little over an hour together and afterwards, I felt far more knowledgeable and comfortable in my RV. The price was fair and I felt it was money extremely well spent. The following day, as I continued my drive and was slightly stressed about how to pursue a fix as I was heading towards a much more wintry situation, I called Kelly to discuss a bit more about the potential issues I might run into as I further explored the crack. He happily took 10 minutes to chat and provide context to best and worst case scenarios, which helped guide my decisions. As a follow up 2 weeks later, I have just had the warranty company approve the full amount of the estimate from a local shop for a comprehensive fiberglass repair. I thought it was just going to be a quick and easy winterization, but Kelly really helped me in multiple ways to feel a lot more comfortable, eliminate stress, and I highly recommend anyone else who has any issue whatsoever with their RV or trailer to reach out and he will do everything in his power - going above and beyond - to ensure you get your situation resolved!
