The work was great the car looks great but it was delayed on two different occasions and we only found out because we called to find out how the progress was going. The hood was replaced but they had a day's delay because the manager was out a day and then they had to wait for parts another day other than that we were satisfied it looks great and the color matched perfectly

I was rear ended in an accident and came here for an accident estimate. They were nice and friendly while doing the estimate, but the quote they gave me ended up being almost $3,000 LESS then what 2 other collision centers quoted me at! I understand that different places do things differently, and that labor cost varies, but to miss almost $3,000 worth of damage is a huge red flag in my opinion. I had read reviews before coming here and saw several other reviewers who also said the quote they received was much less then what the final cost for repairs was. I ended up going with Dealer Collision Center and have nothing but amazing things to say about them. 👍👍

We were traveling through from Missouri and were hit by a camper trailer in a parking lot, taking out our tail lights so we couldn’t drive home before having them fixed. The great people here didn’t have the part we needed in time for us to leave the next morning, but without requiring a penny from us, Brenda and the guys here checked things out and made phone calls to find our part at a local salvage yard and made arrangements for us. We greatly appreciate their kindness and good deed! We would recommend their business to anyone needing good, honest service!

Maria Diaz and the talented staff at Ken Garff Collision went above and beyond expectations. Our 2013 MKS suffered a rear end collision this year, and Maria had he staff make temporary repairs on the spot so that the trunk could be properly secured until they could scheduled more extensive repairs, allowing us to use the vehicle until then. Moreover, when the permanent repairs were completed, it was impossible to tell the vehicle had ever been in an accident. I cannot praises their professionalism and quality of work too much. Update of June 2024. A wayward doe decided to introduce herself to our F-150, knocking out the driver's mirror and denting the door. After our previous experience last year, there was no doubt where the repairs would be made. Once again, Maria and her excellent staff came to the rescue, and again I cannot praise them enough for their thorough attention of detail, and fast, efficient, friendly service.

The best part was how frequently and professionally Kristie communicated with us to let us know the progress that was being made. This repair was due to an accident, which has been difficult to deal with, and Kristie has been the only bright spot along the way, which was so refreshing and something we really appreciate!

I got in a car accident and got hit really hard on my back tire. Towed my car to them and my beautiful car came back amazing and for all the damage that happened with that back tire being pushed in the undercarriage she runs like nothing happened. The Brenda at the front desk was nice and friendly,she's exactly what I needed after my horrible experience. Thank you staff

I was in a small little fender bender took my car in. They refused to repair it because they said that it was cost more to repair than the car was worth than I was willing to pay the extra money. They refused to fix my car even if I wanted to take a loss on it, don’t take your car to this place. They only want insurance money

My car was rear ended. It needed work. I took it to Ken Garff Collision for the repair. They made sure it was fixed correctly. It took a bit for parts but that’s not their fault. They made my car beautiful and functional again. When I got my car back it was having sensor problems from the dealership recalibration. They helped me get it repaired with the dealership. I love them because they kept in contact with me and just helped when I had a concern. My car looks great and runs great again. Shout out to Maria. She is amazing and a great communicator and contact person. I hope I never have to go back but if I do I will go to Ken Garff Collision.

Picked up my truck on 7-31-25. Took it into a dealership to get an appraisal. They pointed out that the paint repairs were substandard for any reputable paint repair expectation. I am bringing it back to this collision center to get resolved on 8-11-25. If it’s not resolved then…I will talk to the At Fault Insurance company and we can find a real auto paint company that can handle the repairs correctly. A simple buff & polish will not remove dirt under the paint or what looks like someone used a fan to try and clear up too thick of paint.

WARNING! I dropped my 2017 Mustang off on 7/30/2025 after a car hit me in a parking lot. Maria Diaz scheduled us to come in for pictures a week prior. My car was hit on July 16, 2025 and claim was filed with USAA. I brought my car in with minor front driver side damage. Unfortunately, parts or additional parts that were needed were delayed 2 days. Which is incredible considering the minimal amount work done. Instead of putting on an OEM hood they opted for an aftermarket hood that doesn't line up! They Estimated $1700 for the striping and quit because they made a mistake buying the wrong stripes. Once the mistake was made, we called asking about the readiness and location of the car and were blatantly lied to for 3 days. When I voiced my displeasure in the handling of both the car and me as customer. I was just brushed off. Yes, they left half the car striped and basically said they don't care! They will call USAA and discuss a reimbursement. No reimbursement. This is $6000 dollars in parts and labor. SCAM No OEM products were used in the repair. September 5th, 2025: Still no action has been taken to fix the horrible work. Both Tim with USAA and Maria with Ken Graff said that they will be replacing the hood for a second time but haven't heard from anyone since the 27th of August. September 15th. 2025: Dropped the car off so the OEM hood can be installed and Stripes done on the 17th. Dean Hood at this point came out to the car and again told me the OEM is a better quality and safer.... September 16th: Ken Graff claimed the aftermarket hood fit better in their opinion, so they planned to go forward with stripes even though I was not satisfied. At this point I have told Ken Graff to stop working on my car and will take it somewhere communication and customer satisfaction are the priority. September 17th: I picked up my car incomplete and 100% unacceptable for a professional Collison company. Quote from Maria Diaz on Sep 16, 2025: "The problem is that the center support and bumper are pushed in at the front center and the impact for this loss was to the left side." Why didn't you fix it? It's very important to understand I just bought this car from Ken Graff Mesquite, picked up the car and paid my down payment at Ken Graff St. George January 15, 2025. The representation of this company at this "Ken Graff - Collison" 4096 S. River Road is horrible. They have additionally made false claims that the Decals were aftermarket and discontinued and that the car had front impact damage after they were done... When I purchased it from a Ken Graff salesman, I was told it had zero accidents and the Carfax matched. These claims were made to shift blame after both the incorrect decal were purchased and after they gave up trying to get the hood straight. This is real feedback, you have been warned! Pictures are before and after Ken Graff's Collision worked on it. in short 2 attempts over 9 weeks and they failed miserably. I have added the 2nd attempt photos. This is the way USAA closed the claim.

I made all the arrangements to take our truck in to be fixed. Maria was so sweet and answered all questions and took care of all the insurance stuff. She kept me up to date on the progress and when something else needed to be ordered and time frames. She was absolutely amazing to work with. No surprises when it came time to pick our truck up, like we've had with other repair shops. Highly recommend Ken Garff Collision in St. George.
