I paid a diagnostic fee for a clicking noise in my car, then several hundred dollars to fix the issue only for it to come back a couple days later. Anyone can make a mistake, but Hawker charged me a second diagnostic fee and another charge to fix it, when it’s not my fault they got it wrong the first time. No surprise, the sound was back after another couple days. They also charged my sister a diagnostic fee for her issue, only to tell her they don’t work on hybrid cars. Seems like you could lead with that information. I won’t be back, as I’m now out several hundred dollars to be in the same position, and I don’t want to be charged a third time as I’m not confident they’d get it right. UPDATE: I knew my review would get a response and for the what it’s worth, the response does not reflect reality, as I did come in twice for the sound within a week, was charged a diagnostic fee twice, and charged to attempt to fix it twice. Still experiencing the issue.

Was on vacation in St. George when my van broke down on the way into town, took it to hawker last minute and they were able to diagnose and fix it all in a timely manner. They spent a lot of time trying to diagnose the problem and did not charge me for extra labor spent to figure it out. The owner of the shop is a great guy and the repair work was done very well and in a timely manner. 5 stars, a very trustworthy and great shop.

Hawker's prices are reasonable, and you always get quality work. Scott, especially, is a standout – he's not just skilled but also really approachable and honest. He always makes sure you understand what's going on with your vehicle. Our 2013 sedan and 2009 SUV have been running smoothly thanks to their care. We're about to move out-of-state, and finding another auto shop that matches their reliability is going to be a challenge.

Amazing service and prices. They didn't overcharge me for anything. And my vehicle was done way before it was supposed to be the customer service was amazing and the mechanics were very personable. I appreciate it and I know that I dropped off my car and got it back in better condition than it was unlike their competitors. Where I take it in.They charge me for services that aren't done.And I always come back missing a top or a cap.One time my hood was jammed under and they tried to blame it on me even though I had just picked it up.I will never go to the competitors again..aka. Great place to go if you are traveling and don’t know who to trust. Highly recommend. My family and I were traveling to St George when the gauges on our minivan started going crazy. I called Hawker and they were able to squeeze me in despite being busy. They were extremely friendly and knowledgeable and set great expectations for me. They were able to diagnose a very simple issue with the coolant. They DID NOT put me through the wringer or try to do a bunch of unnecessary work or repairs. Instead they fixed the issue quickly, told me exactly what it was, and charged an extremely reasonable fee. If you are passing through, or a local looking for some work to be done, I can’t recommend them highly enough.

*I have a video of it but it only uploads photos* I took my vehicle to Hawker automotive on September 12, 2025 to have the lower left control arm replaced. Then, on September 30, 2025 I brought it back because I thought the other control arm might need replacement. Instead, they recommended an alignment, which I approved. When I picked up the car Scott told me that the alignment was “all in the green and there was no more pulling.” We left on vacation Friday to California. About 1.5 hrs into the trip we notice our steering wheel would turn about 1/2-1 inch to the right when braking and that same amount to the left when accelerating. Not understanding the severity of the issue and the fact that there was no shops open at the time we continued to drive it to our destination. The first thing we did when we got into town was take it to a shop. Upon inspection, they discovered that the main bolt on the control arm they had replaced was never tightened. This is an extremely dangerous mistake — a loose control arm bolt can cause major steering issues or even loss of control while driving. Because of this, the alignment done on September 30 was completely inaccurate, since the suspension wasn’t properly secured in the first place. When I confronted the shop, they refused to issue a refund and only offered a discount on another service, which I found unacceptable given the seriousness of the error. This kind of oversight shows a lack of basic safety checks and quality control. I would strongly caution anyone considering this shop for suspension or alignment work.

I bought an old box truck. I knew it was risky buying an older truck but I figured the best place to buy would be an auto mechanics shop. I was wrong! After about 70 miles of driving I realized. They did absolutely no maintenance the entire fuel line needed to be replaced fuel injectors were clogged fuel pump was out to name a few issues. The oil was leaking everywhere from a "fix" it looks like they did. The rear differential is leaking and needs to be replaced. If this is how they treat their vehicles I can't imagine how they treat the customer vehicles that come in there. An expensive lesson learned!!
