If you have about half the day to throw in the trash I’d recommended coming here. I got there for my 12 o clock appointment 10 minutes early. I was having 4 tires mounted and balanced. After an hour of waiting they started working on the car. 2 hours after that they finally got done. I said goodbye to my afternoon.

Went to get a tire repair on my mom's vehicle. Walked around Walmart for about an hour never got a text or call so I decided to go back to see if my vehicle was completed. They tell me that they can't repair my tire. I asked why they never called me to tell me that it wasn't repairable and to ask me if I wanted to put some new tires but no they just want to stand around and do nothing. I guess as an employee for Walmart for 28 years I guess I will take my vehicle somewhere else to spend my money to get tires.

Just go anywhere else. They’re not equipped at this location, I had an oversized plug in my oil tank and they said when they swapped it out they didn’t have one to replace it so it just leaked oil. Had to go to another place to get it done properly. No refund even though half the tank leaked in less than a week.

They installed tires on my wheels, I had a leaking valve stem, I’ve been waiting here for an hour and a half, they still haven’t even touched something they messed up that would take 2 minutes to fix, finally asked how long it would take and a manager who wasn’t here when I showed up heard what was going on and immediately replaced it, very appreciative of him but the service otherwise was subpar aside from the young manager that got it done

I showed up with a flat tire. I was told there was nothing wrong with my tire and treated like I was an idiot. Went back with a completely flat tire asking them to please fix my tire and they told me no, but they didn’t have time. Horrible customer service.

Came in to get a simple oil change. After 1.5 hours, my car is still not finished. And it is not for lack of auto personnel. The issue is that they take care of tire sales first, even if you are ahead of them. Both Auto Center Manager and Service Manager were there, but they could not care less about customer satisfaction. Giving them one star was way too many. Stay away.

Slowest place I have ever been to. Simple tire change cost $100 and took them over 4 hours to complete. After 3 hours they finally rolled the car into the garage and put it on the lift (ok, I didn’t have an appointment so that could be excused) but then it took over an hour for them to get the tire changed and release the car to me after I saw them start working on it. Customer service is terrible too, they act like customers are a nuisance to their day. Staff all just wondering around eating, drinking and laughing. Everyone working there looks lost. I had to have the mechanic cash me out, I was waiting at the desk because I saw the car had been taken out of the garage but nobody came and said anything. I caught his attention and had him come get me rang up.

Got a flat tire yesterday while driving a rental car to Zion National Park. They got me in right before they closed and helped me get back on the road after my rental company told me to drive the rest of my trip on the spare tire. These guys saved my trip!

Needed all 4 tires changed, so this was going to take a while. Since it was an incredibly nice spring day, I headed to the garden center to wait while the $800 tires were installed... Walmart insisted I move to the auto waiting room instead, which resembles a prison cell. Horrible way to spend hours, I won't be going back to walmart for anything automotive.

I recently called to check on the warranty for a battery I purchased about a year ago. When I explained that I wasn’t sure which specific battery I had, the associate laughed at me, which was extremely upsetting and unprofessional. I asked if she could look it up for me, but instead I was given excuses. She then became upset after I mentioned that my car broke down because Walmart had previously told me the battery was fine, but another shop confirmed it was faulty and needed replacement. A more helpful response would have been to simply advise me to bring in the battery so it could be tested and, if necessary, exchanged under warranty—certainly not to laugh at me, which made the situation very frustrating and disappointing.

I bought my tires at Walmart, complete with a warranty that apparently comes with a side of disappointment. When I called to ask about a repair, the delightful gal on the phone assured me they’d get me taken care of. So, I drove up ready for some tire TLC. Fast forward 15 minutes of sitting there like a forgotten mannequin, and finally, they acknowledged my existence! But instead of a warm welcome, I was met with reluctance and a ‘sorry, we can't help you’ because they were out of plugs. A tire shop without plugs? It’s like a bakery without flour! Thanks, Bloomington Walmart Tire Center, for the unforgettable lesson in tire etiquette: always carry your own plugs and maybe some snacks for the wait. Next time, I’ll just try to fix it myself... with duct tape! 🙄

By far, the WORST auto center I have ever dealt with. I pulled up on a Saturday afternoon to get an oil change, there were no cars ahead of me and not one car in any of the bays. The tech comes to my window and I tell him I need an oil change, with a confused look on his face, he says hold on. He goes and talks to another employee and comes back to tell me he can't take a walk-in because they have 3 appointments scheduled in 30 minutes. I then ask if he can get me in later that day and he says no. The next time they can give us an "appointment" is not until Monday afternoon. Keep in mind, that it does not state anywhere that they are by appointment only and I have never been required to have an appointment in the past. He gives me times for Monday and I request the 3:30, that he said was available. He gathers all the information, scans the vin number and apparently only went through the motions to ACT like he was scheduling an appointment. This probably won't come as a surprise when I show up on Monday at 3:20...10 minutes before my scheduled time only to find out I did NOT have an appointment. Not sure what the kid on Saturday did, but it certainly wasn't scheduling my appointment. At this time, there, again, were NO cars in the bay and they told me they could not change my oil. Even though I pointed out the fact that there is not a car in the bay and they messed up my appointment, I did not!!! They had the audacity to tell me that they could only accommodate the customers that had appointments and that they couldn't squeeze me in because they were going down to 2 techs. How is that my problem?! Not once did I get an apology of any sort...just a NOPE we can't help you!! Absolutely unacceptable!! I will NEVER use this facility again, and I will tell anyone that listens to me that it is not worth the headache! Not sure who has trained your employees on customer service, but I would suggest you find someone different! I HAD to give one star in order to be able to post this...but you definitely don't even deserve one!!

I requested to have a new air filter installed but I saw for myself and was told that mine was still very new so they didn’t replace it. It’s nice to have that refreshing honesty, they didn’t charge me for something I didn’t need.

I went to get one new tire, previously have had no problems at other Walmart locations. This one however was horrible! They tell me they can fit me right in and it would be about an hour. They then call me back saying I have to replace all 4 tires because the tread is too low. Ok cool well I ask for an estimated cost and they couldn’t give me one. I proceed to give them the go ahead because my warranty will probable cover the other 3 tires. Mind you my car is sitting in the bay and there’s only one other car there. They proceed to then take 3 hours on my car. And it’s just sitting in the bay. I go to ask how much longer my car will be and the guy gets very defensive and tells me that because I didn’t have an appointment it’s going to take longer. I told him that was fine but I would like to know how much longer I’ll have to wait and if I should call someone to pick me up. He then gets really mad and storms out to ask the mechanic. He comes back and tells me 45 more minutes. The level of unprofessionalism is ridiculous at this location. They don’t give two craps about you or your time. They are not upfront with their pricing at all and are very rude when you ask simple questions. Highly do not recommend this location

Eddy is an amazing mechanic and deserves a raise! I got a flat tire in the walmart parking lot (farthest away from the auto center) and Eddy went out of his way to help me out! He took care of my car immediately and answered all of my questions. I would come here again and again! Excellent customer service!
