I didn't make an appointment. I live in Mesquite. My husband had a doctor's appointment in St George and I took a chance and stopped at the dealership for an oil change. They squeezed me in and did an incredible job. Very pleased. I actually ended up buying another car there that evening.

My service was regarding a recall on my Toyota Yaris. They were quick to get me in and quick to get the part ordered. When I showed up to my apt. I got right in and they fixed my car in a couple of hours and then texted me it was down. The employee who welded me there was Micah and he was very kind and efficient, explained things well to me. Would definitely recommend!

Had two recall notices corrected. Told it could take 4-5 hours. I called after receiving text to rate the service and was told it was completed and a text was sent. NO TEXT SENT. Paperwork said it was completed in 3 1/2 hours.

The servicing department at SW has always been great to work with. They communicate well and ensure my vehicle gets what it needs. Appointments are kept and fulfilled in a reasonable time frame. The shuttle service (Jim) is stellar and I can’t believe I haven’t used it before my most recent service. I appreciate the texting option for vehicle updates and questions. Vance and Lucian have been wonderful to work with. I appreciate the clean environment and organization of their servicing process.

I had a unique experience with my Tacoma. We’re up in the mountain. It wouldn’t start so I got it towed down to the dealership and it was after hours while I was at the key drop turning in the key. Couple gentlemen walked out of the dealership, one of the guys that helped me his name is Grady. I explained to him the situation he was initially gonna give me a ride. I was gonna have to pay for a full rental car from a rental car company even offered to set me up with a Toyota rental. He reopened up. The dealership, took me inside took the extra time out of this personal life to help me out he even called his wife while we were there and explained to her he was gonna be late he was helping a customer. He was missing dinner and other plans that he had just to help me out I couldn’t have asked for a better situation or person to be there in that moment to assist it was the first time in a long time someone’s gone above and beyond for service I’m from Las Vegas bought the vehicle from the dealership there just by being a Toyota customer he took great care of me. Would allow me to get back to a New Year’s vacation with the family. I’m very grateful that he was there that evening.

Absolutely amazing service! I came in for recalls, and they were also able to help with other issues on my car. I had my hands full with my baby while trying to unload, and without even asking, they stepped in to help carry my things. Everyone was very honest and genuinely cared about making sure my car was safe and fully operable.

Great Service. Was able to drop my car off before work. Was give a number to call for a return ride to pick up my car when service was completed. I was kept informed of the process of my car by my service writer, Vance. He is very nice and listens to the concerns I had. I love my experience with Stephen Wade Toyota. They are the best!!!

Exceeded expectations. Only thing I would improve is if the tech checks windshield operations then clean the windows. I brought the truck in polished and spotless and had to go back to the car wash to clean the windows again because they were all smeared with dust. Felt like the whole car was dirty

I have free maintenance so I go here for oil changes, etc. They’re very courteous and usually prompt. My visit on 12/05/25 took way longer than the estimated time. I was able to get a ride from a family member so, thankfully, I wasn’t waiting there the entire time. I was told my vehicle would be ready around 1:30 and I would receive a text when done. Never got that text. Went back at 2:45 waited then asked. It was done. I have a feeling it had been done for quite some time and the text was never sent. I got new windshield wipers installed at a very reasonable price. Overall happy with the work done, just frustrated with the time and lack of communication promised.

The service team was friendly and communicative, but the issue lies with their diagnosis and recommendations. I took my 4Runner in for a check engine light; diagnostic fee was $170 (fair). They claimed potential timing issues and quoted ~$900 to remove valve covers for inspection. I agreed, trusting them. They said timing was definitely off, with possible internal damage, estimating $4,200+ labor and $3,000+ parts or a new motor. A local mechanic called this nonsense, noting that in Toyota’s reliable V6, true timing problems show clear symptoms, not just a light. I told them to reassemble and planned to take it elsewhere. After buttoning it up, they claimed zero oil pressure. Inspection showed a collapsed oil filter. They did an oil change; CEL cleared, vehicle runs perfectly. They still insist timing is off and codes will return, they haven’t. I paid $1,300 for what was really just an oil change and unnecessary exploratory work. Glad we didn’t replace the motor.

I showed up 40 minutes before the service department closed, thinking I would have to wait until they open the next day. I went in to talk to the service guy, he was very nice, he said just pull your car in. We’ll just take a look at it real quick and within the hour they had a new battery in my car and I was off. I really appreciative they were able to fit me in. I even found a birthday card for my dad and drank a cup of coffee right there at Stephen Wade Toyota. Thank you.

I’ve had consistently great experiences at the Toyota Service Center. One thing I really appreciate is that they keep me with the same service advisor—Sean, he knows my car, remembers details, and makes the whole process feel easy and trustworthy. He’s incredibly kind, genuinely cares, and I never feel talked down to or taken advantage of (especially as a woman, that matters). I’ve also worked with the manager Grady twice, and you can tell he trains his team really well. Everyone I’ve interacted with—even the appointment team on the phone—has been friendly and helpful, and I’ve never had a bad experience here. Prices feel very comparable, and I love having everything done in one place with one consistent service record. This is absolutely where I choose to go, and I highly recommend them.

Service advisor was quick to deny service to us without looking at our vehicle. He said our repairs were not covered under our warranty and then walked out our vehicle and realized it was a certified used and then changed his mind. When we bought our vehicle and drove it home, we realized the fall lights were not working at all. We asked if they could be fixed under our warranty with some understanding that they were not working in the first place after we purchased a vehicle which should have been working. He was quick to tell us no. After he decided to take the vehicle in and have it looked at then he wanted to charge us $60 to replace the bulbs. I would assume if somebody wanted to offer great customer service they would have absorbed that cost for two lightbulbs and sent us on our way and had us coming back. Instead, he wanted to penny pinch for two fog light bulbs. At the same time, we had a chip in our windshield that we were under the impression that it was covered with our warranty, but he cannot give us any information on if it was or not. I understand everybody has a job to do. But at this time, we really did not get much service from this place at all that day. I would consider it a waste of our time and efforts to keep our vehicle running at tiptop condition.

My daughter and I had to take my Sequoia in for it's first scheduled service. I've been to a lot of car dealerships in several states through the years. Stephen Wade Toyota, from the car purchase to the service department has Top Shelf, kind, and helpful staff members. Very female friendly of all ages. Brandon, my service advisor, kept me informed; his demeanor was warm and very helpful. I also have to give a shout out to the lady with whom I booked the service appointment with over the phone ~ such a sweetheart! Thank you :)

Excellent customer service! We have two cars that needed servicing; they were able to schedule both cars around our needs. We were given reasonable estimates of the time needed to complete our work and even provided with free shuttle rides so we could do other errands while our cars were worked on. We felt valued by our customer service team, both Micha and Shawn are the best!
