We had a decent experience at St. George auto. We bought a truck. Look all day to find the right one. We saw one we were interested in and looked it over. Super clean. The truck was well detailed. We looked at two other places and came back. The sales man said he would fill up the tank so we could test drive it. That didn’t happen. I ended up having to go to the station to fill up. The wind shield wipers were extremely old and I asked to have them replaced. Said they would and didn’t. Looking at the tires, I noticed 1 was new and the other three would barely pass inspection. One tire wasn’t balanced causing a shake in the front end. No biggie. In negotiations we asked for new tires. I showed the sales man that one of the tires had 3 chunks taken out of the side wall. I wasn’t going to risk an accident or damaging the truck. We agreed upon 50/50 of the cost of tires. My personal opinion is that the tires should have been replaced for free considering the condition the tires were in. I wasn’t asking for Toyos or Bridgestones, just decent tires to ensure the safety of my family. 5 hours later, after noticing my name was wrong on all the paperwork and had to be completely redone, we walked out exhausted and somewhat frustrated. My only other complaint is that the asking price was $22k and some change. When we left the over all price was $31k!!! We had sat there so long that we just didn’t care any more. I was mentally done. It was in the budget but damn!! At least put lube in before you screw me! The truck bluebooked for $28k in excellent condition. Being a 2018 with 93,000 miles and several scratches, with some ware and tear, the end of the day price should have been no more than $28k. Our sales guy, Mike, was pretty awesome. Straight forward and not pushy. Just remember the things you say you’re going to do. They did allow me to keep the one good tire for a spare since the spare was a dough nut. The facility was clean, the people were very nice and professional. We were treated with respect and kindness. Mike was great!

Eric Mcdonald gave me the VIP treatment when I came in on vacation with a fan issue on my car. My tech, Matthew, went the extra mile to find the problem, and explained the issue clearly to me before beginning the work. Eric and Matthew worked their tails off to diagnose, order parts, repair my issue, change my oil, and get my car out of the shop in UNDER 4 hours. Eric made the warranty process super-easy, and made me feel like one of their best customers. I can’t say enough good about St George Auto Gallery Service Center! I would never buy a car here again. When I purchased my vehicle 3 months ago it was great. Very communicative and available while they were trying to get my money. They even delivered the car to me with promises to fix 2 door handles and a windshield. The windshield took a month to fix and I still don’t have door handles. I have to call them constantly for updates. They promise to call me and keep me updated but never do. First time turns out they were never ordered. 2nd time parts never came in. 3rd time I drove there to have them installed thinking this was finally over and they ordered the wrong ones. It has been 2 weeks since then and I haven’t received a single phone call letting me know what’s going on. Until I received this link to review them. I even had my daughter buy her car there right after mine and this is the level of respect I get. They want your money and then they don’t care anymore. Save yourself some peace of mind and shop somewhere else. If I could go back I would never buy a car here

I had a terrible experience with this service. I brought in my 2020 Sonata because it wouldn't start without a jump. They worked on the cables, claimed they fixed the issue, and charged me $400. When I came to pick up the car, it wouldn't start in their parking lot. After waiting a week for the initial repair, they took the car back and called the next day, saying the starter was the problem. They promised not to charge me for labor since I had already paid for a fix that didn't work. However, when I returned after another week, they charged me almost $800, insisting I had to pay for the labor. They claimed the cable work was necessary, even though it didn't solve the starting issue. They said they had a recording of our conversation and would review it, but they never bothered to call me back. I'm extremely disappointed with their service. I paid for a repair that didn't fix the problem, was misled about labor costs, and experienced poor communication. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Eric was great to work with! He was very good about communicating and was more than fair to deal with. It's hard when you start working with a new mechanic shop to know if they're really treating you fairly or not. But never once did I fee like he was trying to take advantage of me. Things took a little longer than we both anticipated (Teslas are annoying to work on and to deal with) but Eric more than made up for the delay by giving me a discount on their service. Couldn't be happier with STG auto gallery and Eric's customer service. Really really grateful for his efforts and kindness. Will definitely use again for my other vehicles.

Fortunately for my sake was the one who answered the phone and was incredible as far as assuring me everything would be taken care of and I had it towed there and I can say nothing but great things about him in all aspects patience kindness understanding and knowledge which is really tough to find anywhere these days. Would give them 6 stars if I could! Incredible service!! My car broke down on my drive from California to Utah and I needed an emergency engine repair. They made me a priority and diagnosed the issue within 15 minutes. The mechanic was able to cut an 8 hour repair down to 3 hours. After they fixed the issues, they performed additional tests on my engine to make sure I wouldn’t have any other problems for the rest of my trip. Glad to report I made it home the same day without any issues thanks to their work. Special shout out to Eric and the mechanic who repaired my car (wish I had your name but you know who you are) for getting me out of a jam and on my way. I appreciate the great customer service and for walking me through the repair process. Would recommend them to anyone in the area! Thanks again!!

So today I accidentally called another auto place. FORTUNATELY I got J." Jordan " from St George auto, when he answered the phone he was very polite and kind and explain to me the process of my oil change and the inspection and gave me directions to St George Auto. Yeah so explain how much money I would save and when it seems like at the best time of the day when best needed in my Crazy Life he even saves me a lot of money. They did a great job on my oil change and my inspection gave me all the information on the little things that need fixed even told me to get the estimate and come back to see him and he would make sure that he said even more money. It only took a short while for them to take care of my car and by the time I left I was extremely happy with my service that was done today. I will never go anywhere else to get an oil change, rotation for my tires or anything else that might beautiful car might need. This place is great, and J is awesome. I’m driving through Saint George across the country, and my car didn’t start this morning. Not familiar with the town, I chose this place off Google Maps and called them early Saturday. J immediately sent a tow, they looked at car right away, and got me out the door within a couple hours. Professional, personable, and fair prices. Clean lobby/waiting area, too. If you’re in need of maintenance/repair in the St George area—especially if you’re driving through—this place is a safe bet.

My Genesis has been in the shop for about a month. I have been fighting with the Warranty company because I got scammed by my dealership and they never paid the warranty company.
