THEY destroyed my 3000.00 wrap on my work van. I asked before joining THEIR membership, If your car wash would hurt my wrap. I was told NO PROBLEM!!! Now THEY don't back up what THEY said. DON'T USE THIS CAR WASH, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. The response that Epic made after this review, never happen, I CALLED them 3 weeks in a row. Nice lady named Aimie, is who I talked to. She said they will take care of me, as well as they will call me within a week. NOPE, NO CALL !!!

For a second time in less than a month they supposedly had to run my credit card to keep updating something and having my account charged. And then kept giving excuses as to why I couldn't get a carwash after my account had been charged the monthly rate. Long story short, cancelled my monthly service and will find elsewhere to go.

I signed up for a membership last week. My first time going through there, I had to go through twice because it didn’t clean the car. After the second time it still wasn’t clean. I went through today and it’s still not clean. So I went around and let the employee know that I’m not satisfied and I’d like to cancel. He didn’t seem to care. I have scratches on the paint that I don’t think even a carnauba wax could fix. It’s a new car. Disappointed is an understatement. I’d give a zero star if I could.

Damaged my vehicle STAY AWAY!!!! I've used this wash for serveral years and I was a long-time member. It was my favorite car wash. However it has recently been renovated inside and it caused damage all the way down the passenger side of my truck! Corporate gave me the run around and won't fix the damage they caused. I cant believe how poorly I was treated. I'm an attorney so I will be personally filing a lawsuit. If anyone else has a vehicle that was damaged by this wash, shoot me a message.

I love paying $70 a month to wash my vehicles only to find out that half the vacuums are shut off on one side while the other side has maybe one space Nd if you’re lucky the vacuums actually work. This is almost every time I come here. I’ve had enough hence the review. Fix this and I’ll update it. Much better now. Plenty of vacuums available.

Decent carwash. Clean environment & good customer service & "YES" everything works there& is all Top notch equipment. Couple different options as far as payment or how good of clean you were seeking. Definitely recommend to anyone needing a vehicle cleaned👍

My experience with Epic Shine has been unequivocally negative. Their facility has caused substantial and visible scratching to my Denali, which can only be attributed to the negligent maintenance and unsanitary condition of their washing equipment. The very brushes that are supposed to clean instead function as abrasive instruments of damage. Based on the operational culture I observed, I anticipate a dismissive or sarcastic response from an undertrained, inexperienced employee rather than an acknowledgment of fault or corrective action. The company appears to rely almost exclusively on very young staff who lack the professional training and discernment necessary for customer service or the safeguarding of vehicles. For these reasons, I will absolutely not recommend Epic Shine to anyone, and most especially not to individuals who own luxury or high-value vehicles. To entrust such a vehicle to this business would be to invite unnecessary risk and costly damage.

Your brushes didn’t seem to wash the back of my vehicle today and I’m paying two dollars more a month on all three vehicles? Your website says dash wipes and air fresheners still right now. Getting concerned. Mister is staring to look good again, that’s where we came from before. What’s up cobblestone? Is this the new norm?

These guys like to sign you up for the most expensive unlimited plan when you specifically tell them you are not interested in signing up for any plan. Just wanted a 1 time car wash. Ended up with a 37.00 unlimited plan on my bank account.

Update: they worked with me and responded professionally and quickly to resolve the issue. They helped us replace the wheels and tires. The lady that I talked to and was corresponding with was very nice and I’m just glad that the whole thing is over now. Updating to four stars because it sucks it happened, but i do realize it’s a situation that was a machine that caused it and not a person. The customer service and how it was handled speaks volumes on how this place is run by kind people. If I could give a zero star review I would. We’ve gone here 3 times to clean our daily car and today this car wash completely demolished it. Scratches all over the car, so bad the clear coat is like eroding off of it in patches. Ripped the METAL wheel stems out of the tires and wheels. So when the wash was done the car was driven out and it got about 25 feet before it was discovered it had flat tires and two of the stems were just ripped out/ cut in half basically. Can’t fix the flat tires because the stems are completely broke. A $16 car wash is now gonna cost us new wheels and tires (just bought brand new tires), and god knows how much to fix the clear coat. Not only that, car wasn’t even clean. Patches of dirt all over it. If I don’t get a call back and this settled somehow, there’s gonna be major problems. My number was left with a worker. This is beyond not okay. We take a lot of pride in having an older car that is clean and nice. There’s not a lot of nice ones left of LS400s.

I've had a membership since this place opened several years ago. It was recently bought out by Cobblestone. During the ownership transition and company name change, I purchased some booklets of car washes for my wife. Before I purchased them, I asked the attendant if these booklets would expire or if I would have any issues using them in the future, as they had the old company name on them. He assured me there would be no issue and they would not expire. He was wrong on both accounts. Based on his word, I bought 4 booklets totaling 16 washes. I attempted to bring my wife's car in for a wash a couple of weeks ago, only to find out that the booklets did in fact expire on 12/31/25. I should have looked at the fine print on them when I purchased them, as it does state as much. When I explained the situation to the site manager and asked to exchange my remaining unused washes (13), he said that "corporate" doesn't allow him to do that and there was nothing he could do. I asked for a custom service phone number or email and I was told to just go to the website. I contacted someone at the "corporate" office and was told again that nothing could be done. I refused to believe that a simple exchange for non-expired passes wasn't an option here. I wasn't asking for a refund. So I asked who I needed to talk to in order to get to a person who could do something. I was told that all managers were "unavailable" but that he would take my contact info and someone would reach out to me. That was two and a half weeks ago. Cobblestone apparently does not care about customer service. I will be canceling my membership and taking all my business else where. I would recommend you do the same.

We bought a New Range Rover . Still learning “ it” . We had the front windows tinted . Which means , no rolling the windows down for 3 or 4 days . About a week and a half ago I decided to have it washed. I drove into the car wash on Nampa Caldwell Boulevard and for whatever reason I could not get it to go into neutral. It would not go! But I could not roll the window down to talk to the employee who was guiding me in, so I cracked the door open and he came over. I was a frantic mess because I was stuck and I knew there were cars behind me. He completely calmed me down and we proceeded to try and figure out what was going on with it. I was so thankful he was so calm. It was so helpful . In a moment of PANIC ! Whenever I open the door to speak to him, the car automatically went into park, ( a safety feature on R.R. )We ended up having to just drive me through and he walked me to the end of the car wash. ( it’s a safety feature on R.R.) I did not know that. I quickly asked him his name “ Morgan “ About a half hour later my phone chimed . It was a text from Morgan . He looked up our information after I left, and he did some studying on Range Rover’s and discovered that it said ,that was a safety feature for the car to automatically go to park. He went above and beyond even after I left. So this is a huge shout out to Morgan! THANK YOU! I hope your management sees this ,and realizes what a great employee you are⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!

Just bought a new Tacoma and had it freshly detailed at the car dealership. The second time using cobblestone car wash this is what It did to the side of my car (deep scuffs all down the passenger side). A detailer said it’s metals and bolts that get stuck in the clean bristles that whip across and down your car. I called customer service, They said I had to go into the store which I did- said they would review their cameras and two weeks later I haven’t heard anything back. There’s a touchless car wash Mr. Clean and their ultimate membership is 28 bucks…4 locations Nampa Meridian Boise
