Warning to all people who have dark skin do not go to this car wash they treat you rudely they let me go in one time frowned upon. Don’t want your service and I didn’t think much of it. I went back a week later to get a car wash they told me that they do not want my my kind of class here, warning to all people if you have dark skin, the manager here is very racist. The team members are very rude. Don’t recommend giving them your business for those families. It is not family friendly. I don’t think it’s a safe spot to be this age. I didn’t think colors matter, but I will stay it now Black life Brown, life white life we are all human beings. I think we all matter we should be treated with respect. Not by the color skin, they went as far as he is refusing my service and telling me they don’t want my kind here corporate to do something about this epic shine. Shame on you.

Super nice. Good wash. the blowers never get my truck dry. Bummer. But they do have baskets of microfiber towels after, complimentary. Vacuums have never failed me. And they have complimentary lemon scented dash wipes. My son is enthralled with the wash. He wants to work here so bad that they ordered him an employee shirt. So nice!!!!

This place has really gone downhill. The “spot free” rinse is filthy, and so is your car after a “wash”. They’ve raised the price by 45% in the last year or so. No longer worth it. I need to find a new place 😢. I do still like the 4 day guarantee and that they provide dash wipes. AAAAND, now they got rid of the 4 day guarantee, too. Bleh.

I am not a frequent car wash user, I typically do it myself. That said, I have never used another car wash in the Treasure Valley since this one opened. I noticed their prices had gone up to $10 for the basic wash. I had in my mind it was $8 earlier in the year but I could be wrong. That would be a 25% increase. I commented on the price increase and the attendant said "now we charge the same as everyone else". I didn't say it but my immediate thought was if you are like everyone else, you are just average. If a business wants to charge the same as everyone else, they have to offer a benefit above others such as quality, customer service, etc.. I went through the wash, parked and grabbed a towel. The towel service is awesome. I started to wipe down my car, starting at the front, and realized the front of the car was so dirty, it wasn't worth wiping down. Same with the windshield and back of mirrors. I left. In my opinion, the price went up, the quality went down. I mentioned the car wash to my wife when I got home and to my surprise, she told me she had a similar experience with the car not being clean. At this point, we are going to try other car washes.

I used to look forward to my trips to Epic Shine like a kid going to the candy store. Especially on the weekends—rolling in right as the doors opened was a small ritual for me, and it was all because of one guy: Gary. That man had something special about him. He was always there with a warm smile, ready with dash wipes or an air freshener like he knew exactly what I needed that day. The way he guided me into the tunnel? Pure art. It wasn’t just guiding—it was like watching a movie character walk in slow motion, full of the exaggerated swagger of a white teen in a coming-of-age film. He made car washes feel like therapy. But ever since Epic Shine got bought by Cobblestone, things just haven’t been the same. The energy’s off. The heart is missing. And worst of all, Gary’s not there anymore. I haven’t seen his face in weeks, maybe months. It’s hard to explain, but it feels like they took something genuine and traded it in for something corporate and cold. I still swing by now and then, hoping maybe I’ll see Gary again. But every visit without him just reminds me how much things have changed—and not for the better. Epic Shine had a soul. Cobblestone’s got a logo. here’s a picture of one of their hard working employees she’s always ready with a smile on her face! Yay! : D

There's so many car washes to go to in Idaho, this one company is the best epic shine. Just so satisfied with the customer service and the quality of everything it does. There's one opening star and I cannot wait. I have a membership and I really recommend it

Please fix the main wash brush that drops down to clean car hood/top. It doesn’t drop low enough to actually clean off car hood and leaves residue. This has been a problem for months now and I can’t be the only one noticing. This was not a problem until ownership and wash system was replaced. Please post notice to customers as to when this is expected to be resolved. Thank you.

Cobblestone has raised our prices 3 times in the last year during their transition from Epic. I was going to get in a last car wash before closing my account however I showed up at the Linder location tonight (Jan 28) at 7:28pm and it was closed. Mind you on their website, on Google, and on Maps it says they close at 8pm. I’m disappointed in their business going downhill. As I’m writing this review my only regret is not taking pictures with timestamps.

Ever since the cobblestone private equity group took over the place has gone way down. No vacuums for weeks. No towels or staff and the machines don’t get the car clean.

Great wash! Friendly and helpful service, and they didn't even ask for a tip at the entrance (see review of Mister Car Wash of Meridian!) The wash was top notch and even the backend was clean, which is rare among automatic car washes. The brushes are soft,.but effective and I will definitely come back! Oh....AND they provide towels for wipe down your exterior and interior...nice touch!

Since Epic was bought out, it seems that the process has changed and the cleaning is not the same level of quality. We used to come home from a trip and go through the car wash and the bugs came right off. Not the same now. The wash does not clean effectively and the brushes barely touch the front grill and windshield. Even after 3 washes we still have to scrub the front of the car... Change of process to save money?? Seems like a plausible explanation.

They have changed out the equipment or the soap or something. Epic shine was fantastic. This place doesn’t even compare. No more undercarriage spray, front of car is filthy even after running through twice, and the price keeps going up. Vacuums are always clogged and useless.

No staff?!?! Since the change of ownership things have gone downhill. We purchased a new car so we needed a new tag and drove there on TWO different occasions during open hours and there was not one single employee available to help us. There used to be three employees standing at the entrance gate when it was epic shine. I even parked my car (after backing up awkwardly) to drive around and I went into the office and there was no one there either. I’ve contacted them using the online form two times without a response. And now I’ve left a voicemail. This is unacceptable. Cancelling!

Don’t fall for their membership trials when they tell you they don’t automatically renew. I went last month for a 1 time car wash and the 2 girls working told me I could do the same car wash unlimited for a month for $7. I asked them what the catch was and specifically if this would auto renew and they told me no. I would need to visit or call to set up a membership. So I said okay I’ll try it since it doesn’t auto renew. I did not sign anything. I did not get any information of future car wash memberships. I was just told “they want more people to know we have memberships”. I was charged today for a membership I did not approve. I’ve called several times with no answer and now waiting a response from customer service “text”. As for the car wash, I can’t say for the expensive ones but in a pinch the cheap one is fine but don’t expect it to be fully clean everywhere. Definitely wouldn’t be worth a $25 monthly membership in my opinion. I recommend training the people at the gate about the memberships so they aren’t lying to guests just to get them suckered in for a sign up.

I have been here many times but I guess they were bought out? I sat in line for 5 minutes before an attendant came out to help me after I pushed the help needed button. The wash was not good this time- all along the side of my car and along the fender area was still dirty? When I pulled around to the vacuum area there were no rags to available, no staff to be found and dirty rags over flowing? This used to be such a great location????

I went in for a $18 dollar Carwash last night 10-15 mins before they were closing. I saw that the back hatch of my suv was missed from the wash and grime on the hood. I came back in the AM next day and explain to a manager, I was not satisfied with the wash and parts of my suv was still dirty. The manager told me there is nothing they can do since I left and I asked how can we make this right if that’s the case to discount a wash. She insisted there was nothing she can do. I said fine no problem and paid for a $22 dollar wash and re-ran my vehicle in the wash 2 times. For a business standpoint there needs to be a policy sign in the entrance of the wash or exit. I can understand if it was a basic wash but when you pay for a better and best wash I was pretty upset with the service and customer service.

Epic shine was Epic, Cobblestone is rocky! New ownership is awful and the service is subpar. This location has had broken vacuums for months that break off from the end piece and don’t have good suction. They keep saying to move the car to another vacuum in the row that works. It’s pretty terrible that they increased the rates but decreased the value. The wash quality is terrible. I’ve had to spend so much more time wiping down the car afterwards to get rid of the water spots, bugs and dirt that remain after washing in their highest priced wash even after going through TWICE!!!! I even called to bring to their attention and someone said they would call me back to discuss further but no one did. I even left a message on their website and requested to be contacted and no one even reached out. Lots of options for car wash locations and I’ve moved on to better ones, you should too!

Most people don’t check reviews at a wash before using but if you care about your vehicle do a quick check the new ownership is terrible an they aren’t cleaning there brushes totally ruined my paint ! Never had this happen at epic
