Great wash, and since I have a black vehicle it looks dirty far sooner than my others...especially after a weekend in the mountains. Their monthly unlimited plan is well worth it if you already pay for at least 2 car washes a month. I wish their fleet rate was cheaper.

I haven’t been to this car wash in a few months and when I arrived discovered they no longer offer military discount. Also, employee explained that the business was sold and new owners declined to offer any discounts. I purchased a wash anyway (prices increased) and while entering wash I noticed they removed all of the wash machinery in the middle and upon exiting noticed my car wasn’t as clean as it used to be under original ownership. There was a film on windows and paint finish. I do not recommend this car wash as prices have gone up and wash service has gone down.

2 price hikes, zero notification thinking the customers wouldn’t notice. When approached the workers, even they say ALL of their loyal customers are leaving and literally telling us we should do the same. Which we have. You can’t even talk to a person to get problems resolved. BRING BACK EPIC SHINE AND THEIR OWNERS. NEWS ONES ARE TERRIBLE

I’ve been a loyal customer of Epic Shine Car Wash on Ten Mile for nearly five years with an annual membership, and overall, it’s been a great experience. The staff is always friendly, and I appreciate the convenience of the location. The car washes are thorough, and my car consistently looks great after each visit. The membership is definitely a good value, especially since I can wash my car as often as I need. My only reason for not giving a full 5 stars is that occasionally, there’s a bit of a wait during peak times, but it’s never been too problematic. Overall, I highly recommend Epic Shine for quality service and reliable car washes!

Went this morning and paid $16 for the wash, didn’t have time to vacuum or hand dry the car. Got home and was admiring the wash until I noticed missed spots on the hood and scratches on the roof of my car. Totally disappointed, won’t be going back and encourage others to avoid.

I don’t normally write reviews especially bad ones. I took a newly purchased truck not even a full day off the lot and wanted to get it washed because it was little dirty. We pulled and the gentleman that helped us was very nice and helpful. We started going through the car wash and all well, we pulled out to dry and check my truck and to my shock top to bottom front to back scratches all over my truck on the passenger side. I was shocked to say the least I was pissed. When they finally got back to me about the damage they basically said since they had no other damages or malfunction to there equipment they are responsible. Even though the photo they provide clearly show the damage that occurred didn’t exist prior to entering. Do ever use Epic-shine again

I came in as I usually do to wash my car as any other day and then as I'm going through BOOM ! Something happens in the. car and as I come out there is a big slash on my rim. I try to confront them about it and talk to them, but they keep on denying saying nothing in there can do that to the car, then out of no where I guess I show them pictures then they start blaming me for turning my wheel in the carwash which might be the single handedly the dumbest thing that came out of their mouths. The lady I tried talking to was very rude and just not a person who should work with customers. I know I'm coming off as mean, but they ruined my rim and deny everything then blame me for it. If you like your car and want to keep it clean from any damages then I urge you to not even come close to this carwash.

Monthly member for 3+ years. Transitioning to the new system was a disaster, employees were rude and misleading. Quality of wash has been going downhill and now I am finding new scratches on my car with every wash. Beware!

Promised someone would reach out to me in 1-3 days about damages to my car. We are now over 9/10 days later with no contact…. Definitely frustrated all around. Gave my contact issue. Did notice my email was spelled wrong in the paper after spelling it multiple times. But my phone number was correct and is the best way to contact anyway. Very very over priced wash for how well it cleaned anyway and then to leave with damage on top of it…

Been slowly getting worse about getting my car clean. They use to be fantastic, not sure what's going on. Im a member and get my car washed twice a week. I drive a challenger so its not an unusual shape of a vehicle. Pictures are right after the wash and I previously got it wash earlier in the week The last picture I posted is after a second pass through the wash.. will probably be searching a new wash place soon

Broke the small attachment to my windshield wiper in the wash. Refused to take responsibility, wouldn’t even refund my 10$ wash. Bad customer service if you ask me Vacuums are weak and the condensed air doesn’t work.

If your car is more than 7 years old and they damage your vehicle, forget about getting it fixed. Cancelled multiple memberships today since the faulty equipment ripped off the gas door on my 2013 Golf R.

I purchased the basic wash $14. It did not remove and dirt from the entire passenger side. Showed attendant and she stated the basic is not a wash, only a rinse, so no rewash. The description of the wash on the receipt states polish and shine wash. I will not be going to this car wash again.

I’m writing this because I’m honestly exhausted with the service at this location. This is now the second time in a row I’ve paid for a Platinum wash, only to spend my own time and energy scrubbing my truck with your towels because the wash didn't do its job. Specifically, the wheels were still covered in grime and the tire shine I paid for wasn't even applied. When I tracked down an employee to ask for a rewash, I was told it was "past 4:00" and she couldn't help me. Being told to come back another day to get what I already paid for is a huge slap in the face—my time is just as valuable as anyone else's. I’m going to take the employee's advice and come back tomorrow for that rewash, but I wanted you to know that this will be the last time I use any of your locations. I shouldn't have to work this hard or drive back twice just to get a clean truck. I’m incredibly disappointed.

Terrible customer service. Their corporate office refused to honor into 2026 my purchased Epic Shine coupons bought in 2025. This is not a honorable way to build customer loyalty. Their prices are also 40-50% higher for a basic wash over Epic Shine's pricing. This is obvious corporate greed. I am taking my business elsewhere.

Came in today to wash my car. Not only did the prices go up but the wash turned out terrible! It missed the majority of my car. When I went back around to get it re washed I was told they no longer allow for re washing even if the car comes out dirty. They had me back up from the entry turn around and leave. Previously under " epic shine " they would have no problem running you through again so that you actually get what you pay for. A car that is clean! If you're not a member and pay cash/card for a wash and it doesnt come out clean, be expected to pay again or turn around and leave. Why come back and pay for something if your not getting what you paid for to begin with? This place has really went downhill after becoming cobblestone car wash.

They "renovated" the car wash, raised prices, but got rid of equipment. There's a whole empty space in the carwash now, and for a while that equipment was sitting just outside the carwash. My car hasn't been properly clean since the renovation and I've gone through the wash several times. Higher cost + less effective wash = lower value. Pretty disappointing, but it's the only carwash in my area that I could visit frequently without going out of my way. Update 5/5/25: the carwash commented saying I should email them "my info" so I did. Nothing has come of it and there has been no response to my email so what's the point of replying to me? I have gone to other epic shine locations and they're all the same, however Bluebird carwash seems to do a better job. Bluebird specifically might get 3.5 stars. Update 1/20/26 - they never contacted me in any way, and now they are raising prices again. They changed the name on the building, and it's the same mediocre equipment inside. What benefits do I get for paying more per month? You've lost my business cobblestone.
