My truck broke down while traveling through AMA, subsequently leaving me stranded at my hotel. ER Automotive Performance went above and beyond to get it fixed and back on the road, and did so very quickly and at a more than reasonable price. Russ and everyone there were incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I appreciate it more than I could possibly convey here. Very happy to highly recommend this shop.

Don’t recommend. Took our car in knowing it would take a bit since it usually does at places like this. But after a while we kept calling and they kept saying “one more day” or “it’ll be ready tomorrow” for about a month. It ended up being a couple grand to get it fixed, but the NEXT day the check engine light for the same exact issue came back on… When we picked it up our windshield wipers were broken and there’s a piece missing from our review mirror. Very unprofessional and we refuse to take it back there again. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Bought a car , the car lot sent my car to them for repairs. Car lot tells me to call them to check status of my car. At this point it's been a month without my car and nothing but I'll get back to you's. Last call when I called they answered, I said I wanted to check the status of my car, he answered me frustrated and with attitude and said it'll be ready when it's ready then proceedes to cuss me out saying I had attitude because I was calling again about the car. Mind you I'm paying for the car, Uber rides and gas for other rides while they will not give me a answer with what's going on with my car Im still paying for and the second time they're fixing it for the same thing! I do not recommend. I also recorded the conversation if he says I'm lying ! Unprofessional!!!! Second part dated 1.21.26. Your claiming you don't know me but I have phone calls and messages from you and the car dealership. I still have not had my things returned in the car , the car or heard anything from either of you or the dealership. You can deny all you want but I have proof. I will continue til y'all are held accountable for how you have treated me and others . And it's called slander. And it's only slander if what I'm saying is false.
